I ordered exactly at 18:30,order went through and confirmed no problem..then when i tracked the order it showed its coming to me but never arrived, i called them to find out they said im must ignore that the order is still with them. I wonder what ghost was i tracking fast forward been over 2 hours now and the shop is about to close still i havent received my food and they telling me they looking for a driver to make delivery..3 hours?? And it takes 10min from my location the the store ****ed is not even the right word for how angry i am with their service
I regret the day i join standard bank,i dont even wanna explain how the made me took this insurance every month they debit double the premium plus its always the wrong debit date, after noticing this i stopped it and emailed to cancel the policy even called several times they're still debting twice the amount..when i reverse and stop this debit order it still goes just today they debited twice ... Angry is an understatement of how i am towards standard bank im livid!!! I want my money back !
Never been this angry!!..brought large meal of hake n fries all i got was burnt offerings,its like they were s****ing left over burnt fries just to fill the pack,dint get me started on the fish I’ve never seen such a burnt crisp fish,dont know if its disrespect or just standard of food drastically dropping there by Woodburn pmb..I wouldn’t even serve what they gave me to my dog!! Highly disappointed never going back there again,they need to pull up their socks this is not the skippers we know!!
Brought somethings at checkers in cascades Pietermaritzburg and R110 airtime, the lady at the till only gave me the eft copy and not my airtime, had to drive back there waste my petrol them covering for their Co worker, when checking the cameras they told me I can't see them how can I the complaint not be there? What's the use of checking the cameras then? The till ladies have this tendency of robbing us even with change it's sickening honestly.. Please double check your slips before leaving because the CO workers will definitely gang up on you and cover for their colleagues
Never will I even recommend these people to anyone,and their customer service is below even 1 star I wouldn't even give them half a star. Been 4 months begging them for our clearance certificate, they've been paid up now they ignore my calls first they were giving me excuses each an everyday and never get back to us now they just ignore us, I'm flabbergasted even writing this!!!
I'm writing this complain fuming with anger! I've dealt with such a rude I'll mannered consultant. Not only am I mad with your services but your consultant just made matters worse, I hope you take this review seriously because having stuff like that will just make you guys lose customers and bring down your company's standards
