I am extremely disappointed with the way TymeBank has handled my ***** case. I logged the case on the 9th of April 2025, the same day the *****ulent activity occurred. Despite being told I would receive feedback within 5 business days, I have had no proactive communication from the bank whatsoever. Instead, I’ve had to be the one calling in every day for updates, only to be met with conflicting information and no resolution. On top of that, the investigating officer contacted me last week and assured me I would have feedback by Tuesday, latest Wednesday morning (30th April). Today is 2nd May, and still no feedback. The lack of urgency, the unreliable communication, and the poor level of customer service I’ve experienced throughout this process is truly shocking for a bank that claims to care about its customers. I expect immediate action, proper feedback, and accountability. This delay is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Hi, I’m very dissatisfied with NPL, I placed an order on the 30th of January 2024 and about a day later I got an email that my order is out for delivery via Fastway Couriers. It has been 3 days now that I keep getting an out for delivery update via Fastway Couriers, I wait the whole day and see the status get updated to ‘Driver could not not locate your address’. I have called Fastway Couriers and they reassured me twice that the driver is out with the order and I should receive it same day. Till today I have not received my order and when I contact NPL the lines ring until they drop on their side. Very unhappy with this service and want a refund back if you are failing to delivery my order! Such disgusting service both from NPL and Fastway Couriers!

DO NOT ORDER SHOES FROM THIS STORE. I placed an order on the 31st of May 2022 and today is now the 14th of June 2022, guess what I have still not received my order which I was supposed to receive latest on the 2nd of June as I reside in the same province as the person! Through countless attempts, calls and texts, they do not respond at all, they don’t provide you the tracking number after purchasing, if you lucky you get a response telling you they are waiting for feedback from the courier company for the tracking number and apologies for the delay there after nothing gets said to update you or even make sure you receive the order. They take your money and keep quiet yet they post everyday on their account and even read your messages. I am going to spam them till they have the guts to respond and tell me if I will get my order or not and my money back. Disgusting service! Absolutely shocking how they seem legit and professional at the start but when they have taken your money, forget about hearing from them or getting your money back. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

ZoeyWigs is a BIG JOKE. I order a wig combo and when I asked for the tracking number the next day, you get “Sisi I will send it don’t worry we always deliver”. Took them a full week to send the tracking number on top of that before you purchase they tell you shipping takes between 2 - 8 days. Everyday you must be the one following up and asking where your package is and all you get is a person beating about a bush going around in circles instead of just being honest with you and telling you they are a SCAM and have not shipped your hair. On top of that when you go to the store physically the lady that should assist you tells you she’s tired, shouts at you for being impatient and tells you she has to check if it’s gone. Now you must call the owner and have her confirm to the lady that you can get your hair and even so the owner will not answer your call because of the **** service they provide. With the kind on service they are providing customers, their company will not exist in a years time. You can’t keep taking people money and lying to them about shipping their order when you haven’t! Complete disaster and disappointment of a hair company!!! So disappointed and will definitely encourage others to NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM if you want peace in your life! If I could rate not rate them any stars I would not put any. SIES!!!!
I am very disappointed in the response time and ability to resolve an issues it has taken FNB. On the 22nd of December I submitted a transaction reversal request that happened on my account on the 21st of December. I called in to get assistance on doing so and the agent kept telling me the option I should choose in my case was an option station that my transaction was declined but the funds were still reserved on my account, of which that was incorrect. The transaction was unauthorised and was not a debit order. After submitting the reversal request I received an email notifying me that I should receive feedback within 5 business days. On the 27th of December I sent an email following up on what the status of my case is and was met with the same inbox response of 5 working days. The following morning I decided to call in to find out what the status of my case is and the agent told me that the 5 days had not lapsed and that there is no way for me to get in contact with the respective department except via email, I further explained the email response I received and was told that the agent can only escalate the case once the 5 days has been reached. Fine, I called customer care today on the 30th of December and again explained my issue and was told the turnaround time is only 7-14days. Nowhere during the email communications and calls prior was I told such, anyways the agent further told me that my case can only be escalated after 14days. My issue now stands with being assured by the previous agent that once my case reaches 5 days I may call in to have my case escalated and today the other agent tells me that he cannot do anything as the case has been received and nothing has been done on the department’s side. I am disappointed in how my case is being handled and the mixed information I am being told by different agents. Does it honestly take FNB SO LONG to resolve or work on a single case? And the inconsistency in information is appalling! If your email states within 5 business days why does the story change when a customer called in? FNB has no regard whatsoever to solving issues as quick as possible & the lack of understanding what a huge inconvenience such a case can be to one’s livelihood is upsetting!

After countless calls, emails and automated bot chats they did not do anything to resolve the issue and instead it’s like everyone I speak to goes around in circles saying I should get my order soon, the driver was wrong, they will try to contact the store. All I want is refund and an apology for the worst service ever! I have not gotten a refund and I don’t have my order and no one is doing anything about it! Bottles is the worst and most unprofessional online shopping service you will ever get. Nothing but false information, lack of communication, no order delivery but money taken.
