I would like to write a review about Kempton Park spca, Our dog got injured on its left foot and was only in pain and could still walk and stand just not for too long, that happened in Wednesday 11 Feb 2026 and I called spca because I thought they help with injured animal and not for them to take our dog and they came Friday and I asked them what the process is as I didn't know it and told them I don't want the dog to be taken away but to be treated for the injury, Fast forward they told us to come with the dog and we did that, they didn't even check it, they just took out the forms and told us to fill them without even informing us what they for and I asked them will our dog come back and they said they will evaluate the injury and after they done they will let us know of the damage and only then they will tell us the way forward, we told them the dog had small puppies which still need the mothers milk and there was nothing wrong with puppies and we told them we want all of them back with their mother and if there will be expenses needed for us to pay them we will Today we decided to go and check on the dogs and we were told the dog has a spinal injury and I believe if that was the case the dog wouldn't have been able to walk Wednesday, Thursday and that Friday and they told us it's no use giving it back to us which doesn't make sense because we did say we want our dog and of it means us taking it to a vet which I knew about earlier I wouldn't have even bothered calling them, I was going to take our dog there and have it treated then come back with it home because he is ours we love it and want it with us, we then said okay since you say the dog is injured on the spine give us the puppies we will do what is needed for them to be okay, they now telling us that even the puppies are now not well where as our 5 puppies left home very fresh and okay, they said they have worms and we said give them to us we will have them deworm ourselves we just want our dogs home but no we are forced to pay money and adopt other dogs, how do we adopt other dogs when we have 6 of ours there in their premises which they don't want to give us back, even crying didn't help they just didn't care We want our dogs and we will make a plan for them by taking them to our vet, it's not that they not well, they just want to make money by selling them for adoption If I don't get help here, I will continue fighting for our dogs somewhere else, I didn't know that spca was so cruel, they were supposed to advise us to take the dog to the vet but because they all about money they took all 6 of our dogs, I won't stop fighting for them, we created a bond with our dogs and I know they wondering why they are where they are and why we abondoned them which we didn’t we just didn't know the right road to take for an injured dog and their agents makes us sign papers without explaining what they for and what the process is, otherwise we wouldn't have called them
I took a data contract with Cellc and it expired on the 28th of November,before that i received countless calls from their agent asking me if i would like to upgrade my data and i told all of them that i would not like to renew the contract and even asked them to make a note on their side but on the 1st of december i received an sms that says data was loaded on my sim card,i escalated the issue and they called me and told me that it was my fault i was supposed to call in and cancel the contract myself and i understood that but what ****ed me of is the amount of money they charged me right now,how can the same data i have been receiving move from R514 to R900 where do they expect i will get that kind of money when i only budgeted for my cellphone upgrade of R700 and now i must pay R1800 i never made budget for, I have been their customer forever but this kind of treatment will make them lose me as their customer because clearly they dont think for their customer,i know i was supposed to call and cancel but what is the purpose of their agent if am gonna tell them make a note i don't wana renew my contract and they still went ahead and sent me data, I dont have R1800 lying around its december and expenses are a lot already for me to be paying money i never budgeted for,am really ****ed i dont wana lie,cellc really did me dirty
I would like to lay a complaint against this company, if I say am angry it would be an understatement, I order with Bash and they said Ram will be the one delivering my order, received an sms that they will deliver my order and I waited only to get another sms that says they couldn't deliver because I was not available but they didn't even bother to call me, what I ordered is for my daughter who is supposed to be going to Eastern Cape Sunday, this is the worst service ever, when I track it there is no movement happening, am angry and don't see my daughter going with her shoes it looks like I will have to make plan B
I would like to right this review in regards with FNB, I never thought I would reach the point am in when it comes to FNB coz I have been with them and never had the treatment I am having right now, this month I paid charges of R1200 for unpaid things which I paid when I had money in my account but my charges went up to R1200 what for I also don't know and I thought that was enough, yesterday I bought airtime so I can buy data to work, I started work at 10 because my airtime was not on my account and I asked for a refund because I ended up using another money to buy another airtime but I was transferred from 1 department to the other, today I wake up to a bounced debit which went to unpaids that I had to pay R105 for that I don't have because they failed to tell me that I must pay double debits for my life insurance up until June but I was told I must pay double debits until May which I did, now today I wake up to a bounced debit that took my last R105 because they took my R1200 with charges I don't know and all they could tell me is sorry for not letting me know and I know it's not over after month end my account will be on - for things I don't know, I am so frustrated and I think I am done with FNB because it's too much what they doing to me, I had to buy groceries that was short of other things because half my grocery money went to them for things I bought when I had money but to them went to unpaids
Very bad service this company have, I have since called them to cancel my application because there is no clear answer as to how long I will be paying it, it's been three months now since I joined them and my debts are going up instead of going down, I called them to cancel as I want to pay my debts by myself and have since been told that my application is sent to the manager they will get to me the same thing they told me when I wanted them to tell me the number of years I will be paying them since the 1st person I spoke told me about 2 years but others say they don't know.. Please help me by canceling my application I will pay my own debts😡😡😡
Hello, my name is Tholakele and I have been a loyal customer to FNB for so many years, I took a life cover with them that cost me R265 last year in September and I have been paying my policy well, in September this year when I went to my FNB to check my things I found that my premium has now increased to R706 and I never received any communication from them explaining why the premium has increased that much, so they debited that R706 in September and again in October, towards the end of October I called them to ask why is my premium so much no one has answers for instead I'm being transferred from one person to the other, I called them again yesterday and they did say that on their system it shows that I am paying my normal fee and not the one that is being debited so I want to know where is my money taken to, I never accepted any Debi mandate from them but that R706 is sitting on my Debi mandates, I am so frustrated because they making me a fool, I want my money back as soon as possible or they will lose me as their client 😡😡😡😡
I would like to say my query with Getmore247 was resolved.. I was still waiting for my statement to see that they really canceled my contract.. Thank you
Good day In 2020 a lady called me about this getmore service which seemed helpful and has a lot of benefits.. I took the offer of subscribing to it but came to realise that i actually do not need it since i was not using the benefits it has.. So i decided to cancel the subscribtion through a phone call and was told to wait atleast one month and after that my subscribtion will be cancelled please bare in mind this was in November 2020 which was supposed to be cancelled in December but till this day nothing is cancelled.. When u call them they tell u of the agent being on calls and will call back but they never call back.. I just want my money back and this service cancelled but with no help.. I dont know what to do anymore... Please help
