I downloaded an app to see how I can use it. So I decided it’ll not work for me and I and deleted it from my fone. Because nowadays no app can be downloaded without signing into your Apple account. So after I canceld everything the 1 year subscription of R 810 was deducted from my account. I don’t think that’s the way to do business. It’s a huge amount of money for something I’m not using. I can’t speak to a human to sort it out so I must just take the hit
I am so greatfull for the personel at the George and Mosselbaai branches. During the Christmas holidays our towns are overrun with tourists and us locals can’t get anywhere. I ran out of vape juice and couldn’t get to shop in Mosselbay. I phoned the George branch and they waved their magic wand to get me 2 bottles delivered to my house. If this does not go above and beyond for your customers I don’t know what is.
The app doesn’t work on my iPhone so I used my android phone. Ordered online, at PnP Mosselbaai paid and paid the extra fee which is nonsense. The order was done at about 1 pm, now it’s 6pm and still nothing. I called the customer service twice but nothing. I checked my order and it shows the delivery was done. Well I’m out of R 700 and nothing to show for it
Payflex is a very convenient way to do online shopping. Thing is they are unforgiving when a payment is not paid on a day or 2 late! I understand but when it comes to giving refunds they take months. This is unacceptable to a regular customer. My payments always go through in time but they do not give me the same service
I was trying to make some changes on my account and the agent made a terrible error by doing the incorrect changes and now I have a huge account instead of a lesser account I wanted. This has to be resolved immediately because I’m now can’t make the payment on the account
I ordered a specific colouring book as on the catalog They sent me the incorrect book and refused to either replace it with the correct item or to give me a refund After enquiring about the problem I was told the book I got is the same as on my order Anyone who can see will tell you it’s 2 different books According to me this is false advertising and I should not have to pay for the incorrect book
Apparently companies get our personal information to companies wanting to sell anything to me. This is against what the popi law is trying to prevent personal information This is disrespectful toward consumers
Excellent service. I asked for a call back and within an hour I was contacted by a very friendly consultant who understood my request immediately and gave me an answer. She also gave me the progress on my return as well as the turnaround time I must add that every time I called during tax season I was helped immediately
I received a package from the branch in Mossel bay. I’ve never had any problems with this company but yesterday I was very disappointed in the attitude of 1 delivery personnel. He was very rude towards me so I reacted by saying to him he is very rude. He was mumbling and told me to sign, never saying hi or looking at me while he was mumbling. Well he was mumbling when he left so I asked him what his problem is he started swearing at me, you won’t believe what he said to me. F**k you. I was flabbergasted and phoned the branch head but I couldn’t get any real answers from him and really just brushing me off. Till now I haven’t received any response from the branch manager or the delivery person. I really think this is a terrible picture of the company and they have lost me as a customer. I also use to work with public which were actually swearing at me, in the phone and to my face, but I backchat or swear at them
