We booked the birthday package for our daughter. We were told we have to be at the birthday stall at 12 for lunch. We were on time but had to wait 20 min for our food and the food was cold the beer was warm. Not really good value for money. Rather just buy a normal ticket and eat at one of the better restaurants.
The MTN APP only appears half on my IPhone screen. When I try and buy data to top up my superflex account using airtime which it shows I have on the app it wont allow me stating I have insufficient funds. Extremely frustrating and poor poor service. Yet when I try and recharge my data by any other means it forces me to use the app.
As a low cost airline not too bad actually apart from the whole experience being spoiled by the non sensical rules to remains seated for a long time after landing even though the aircraft was completely stopped at the terminal. This wastes a lot of time for travellers to exit the plane.
We cancelled my contract in December 2023 and the call centre agent claimed we were not in time and therefore had one more payment to go now another payment went off once again in February. Dishonest business practice where they make it impossible to cancel your member ship.
I bought a new Samsung gas/electric stove online and received delivery on the 15th of Dec. When I received the unit and started unpacking I noticed that the unit was damaged on top. It seemed that the unit fell from the delivery vehicle (my assumption as it wasn't secured on the vehicle when delivered). When engaging with Hifi corp it took numerous engagements before they finally fetched the unit for repairs on the 3rd of January. So I basically paid for a brand new stove did not have use of it for almost three weeks and will now get a repaired one back. Very poor customer service I would like to warn consumers not to expect good aftersale service from Hifi Corp at all.
Connection issues with a service that is paid for on an annual basis seems like an ongoing issue if one reads the reviews on the app store. This is very frustrated mg as this has a direct impact on our security at home.

Absolutely atrocious service from Discovery Health. My father passed away on the 9th Of March and since then I have been unable through numerous interactions to get them to remove my father and make my mother the main member. Every time I get through to a different person who gives different documents that they need to di this change. Latest being they need the Executor of his Estate to get involved which is absolutely ridiculous and seems that they are either just all incompetent or unwilling to stop getting a premium for a deceased person. Like all big insurance companies you are just a number with them and not important at all in the greater scheme of things.
My elderly father and mother has a funeral policy from Metropolitan Life. My father passed away on the 9th of March 2021 and I lodged a claim on the 15th on the 22nd of March I only received feedback that I need to resend some of the documents. I responded the next day. I have followed up several times and every time the call centre agent can see the claim but they do not know what is the holdup but indicates they will escalate it. It seems Metropolitan life is very quick to take you money and very slow to pay out when you try and submit a claim.
