Bought an Iphone screen protector as the Vodacom in Clearwater mall. A few days later my screen started giving me problems i never had before. It wont just go completely blank, for minutes. When i approached them, i was told that there is no warrantee on screen prortectors and there's nothing they can do expect leave the screen with them and they will return it to their supplier. They said its not guaranteed that the supplier will give me a new screen and they insisted that the problem is the actual phone screen and not the screen protector. Over the last couple of days, the issue worsened and i decided to remove the screen protector from my phone and i have NEVER ENCOUNTERED the problem again. Which proves that the problem was Vodacom's screen protector. THe issue is that, i struggled to take it out and when i finally did, i damaged it. But this wouldnt have been the case if they just replaced this nonsense of a screen back and not tell me stories. Utterly disappointed.
Riana is absolutely the WORST!!! The audacity to charge me R1000 from R300 for the extension of a month which was their fault to begin with, as they sent me a new lease agreement late with the most absurd terms & conditions. She's also RUDE, UPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. Cannot wait to have them out of my life forever!!!!!!!!!!! Totally distasteful company in the real estate business.
Rawson Northriding are a bunch of incompetent crooks. My tenant's lease agreement was coming to an end on 30 June 2022. Some time in May or April, they asked if i was willing to renew his lease and i said yes. They then came back to me with their proposed new rental for the tenant which i rejected and proposed my new rental to the tenant. They never came back to me to let me know if the tenant was happy with that amount of not. It is only when i asked about this matter on the 13th of June that i was then informed that yes, the tenant had agreed to the new proposed rental and Riana attached a new lease on the email. When i went through the lease, i released that i was not happy with their new terms and consequently informed them that i am not interested in renewing the lease anymore. They told me that the tenant will have to move out by 31 July 2022, which i agreed. The commission they charged me for the extended 1 month of July went from R350 to R1000. When i called to ask why their commission for 30days went up by more than 300%, the lady who i actually deem rude mentioned something about their system being programmed to send new lease agreements on the 2nd week of June. My argument is simple, had the lease was sent to me towards the end of May, I would have enough time to go through the document and come to the same conclusion; therefore, no extension of a month needed. When i agreed to the lease renewal, i had no idea that there would be new terms that will lead to my cancellation of the mandate, but they knew themselves that they will put new clauses on the agreement aimed at enriching themselves with my property. As it stands, i have not even signed any documentation for this one month's extension yet they have taken R1000 to manage my property for only 30 days. And how is it any of my business what they have programmed their systems? Why is their system not programmed to sent out renewal of lease agreements a month before the expiry of the old one? it is to trap poor clients like myself. This is daylight robbery and this Riana lady actually laughed at me. That just goes to show how insensitive and inconsiderate she is. It is my property and they have no right to rip me off this way in these trying times. I want the CEO of Rawson South Africa to help me understand that this is how Rawson works? Design systems that sent lease agreements late only to disadvantage poor citizens like myself.
I took a Wifi contract with Vodacom via the Vumatel line. The Vumatel installers decided to save cable my connecting the wiring over my neighbours property which is DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!! I have contacted Vodacom on numerous occasions, requesting that get Vumatel to come and reinstall this wiring thing for MONTHS IN VAIN. If anything like a tree were to fall on that line and someone gets injured in my neighbours property, I WILL SUE Vodacom for damages. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I constantly would receive a lame SMS saying that suspected jamming on my vehicle is suspected. I mean do I pay so much money monthly for a stupid SMS such as that? Why cant you pick up the phone and phone me. I find it ridiculous that you deem an sms sufficient. Pick up the damn phone and call your clients that pay you monthly and check if the car is safe. Absolutely ridiculous i cannot wait for my contract to expire with you.
All the items claimed from my buglar were approved. All of a sudden when I requested cash to on some of the items instead of replacements, they disapproved the items they initially authorised and it took over 2 weeks for them to carry out this process. I’m cancelling my household insurance with these people.
Was over charged with almost R400 for my WiFi in for the month of June. Told that’s it’s incorrect billing and Vodacom refuses to credit back to my bank account. It’s sitting there with them. Absolutely not happy. Being bullied with my own money
I received keys for my dream beautiful home in Strubens Valley last night. The state I found that house in this morning is absolutely appalling. The pool was green. The house was FILTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The yard had dog **** all over the property. The agent that carried out this translation told me in a WhatsApp and email that it is not their responsibility to ensure that the house looks as decent as it was when I viewed and made an offer on the property. The principal agent Francios is aware of all this, he delivered the keys to the house himself and the only commitment he was clearly willing to do was to get the pool blue. When I sent him the pictures this morning, he suggested that I write an email to him and they will address it with the seller. For me it's pointless. The seller has sold the house to me and left it and an absolutely inhumane condition that he was aware of. There is no way the seller is going to entertain this whole thing. My bank paid him and that's what matters to him. I was expecting to take responsibility for his intern agent's actions and sent cleaning services together with pool services to deal with this. Instead I must send an email to him so he can address it with the seller??? to what end i ask. So i must move into a filthy home and pick up dog **** all over the yard??? I swear this experience has been totally disastrous and i am completely disappointed that an international company like yourself treats their clients this way? Or perhaps im black and this type of treatment only applies to black people? Please help me understand.
