False Spar specials
Spar HQ sends out sms messages to reward-card-holders of specials but when you go to your particular Spar, there are no such specials. Eg. Magaliesburg Spar is said to have special on Aerial Handwashing powder from 14-17 April. On 14 April I went to my Magaliesburg Spar and they knew nothing of such a special. I spoke to the floor manager and he told me that the SMS is generated by Spar HQ and they also know nothing about this special. I believe this is deception and fraudulent to entice customers to the Spar and then the advertised specials are nowhere to be found.

Frustrated Vodacom user
It has been weeks that we in the Magaliesburg area have had no, little or sporadic cellphone and wifi reception. Reporting it has made absolutely no difference. For those of us using laptops or computers, it has been a nightmare because when we can connect, it disconnects faster than connecting. Then we have to wait for hours or days before there might be sporadic connection, again for only seconds or a few minutes at a time. What can be done???? Please help!!

Why does Avast want my banking details, right down to the 3 digits on the back of the card if I want the free trial first?

Can anyone please tell me why software protection such as AVG off a FREE trial period yet that FREE trial period will not be activated unless you supply your banking details, right down to the 3 digits on the back??????? That sounds like a contradiction to me!!!!!!

Misfit Woolies winter Pj's
I was given 2 pairs of Woolies warm Pj's as a gift - worth about R900, bought from Key West branch. Disappointed misfits! The neckline is so big that large parts of my shoulders are exposed. The pants is cut as if they are tights, rather than Pj's, cutting into very sensitive areas between the legs! Yes I am a large framed lady, but it is ridiculous to have to pull the waistline as if hipsters.... just so that I am not sawed in half, and then to try and sleep that way. A generous gift from a generous heart, which turned out to be very disappointing. Woolies, you should look at a better cut for your Pj's to avoid more disappointed users like myself. Compared to my old, much cheaper Pj's, the distance between between-the-leg seam and waist differs nigh from day. Very disappointed!!!!

Bitter against DSTV
Since 17th March, nearly half of us at Golden Harvest Retire Resort in Magaliesburg have not had Dstv. Every effort via many phone calls and at least 60 emails have had no reaction from dstv. Every operator one speaks to eventually says that it is a technical problem which the IT people has to sort out. Here we are on the eve of 30th March and still the problem has not been sorted out. This is unacceptable and outright bad business, yet we have to pay for services not received.
