Buildit Howick Kzn
Builtit Howick, fantastic service by staff member Charles. He assisted my wife in looking for a grey bathroom cupboard. This included searching many boxes and made sure she got the item she was looking for. And loaded it for her. His customer service was outstanding and made shopping at buildit a pleasure. Thank you Charles and buildit for employing fantastic customer driven personal. It makes shopping so much easier and satisfying.

Disgusting Service
Ardendorf pietermaritzburg Disgusting service. I have bought from Ardendorf and supported them over the years. However after today never again. I was looking for hog rings. Normally I look for the items myself. However I could not find them. I went to the counter and asked if they had hog rings. The guy at the counter asked the guy on the floor to go look. I went with this guy and he could not find them. I asked him do they have, he just ignored me speaking to the guy at the counter. He walked off not saying nothing. I thought maybe he went to ask another guy at the counter. However that was not the case he wss discussing a personal matter with this guy. I went back to the first guy and asked him if I was going to get assistance. He looked around and never answered me. I walked out.

Outstanding experience
Excellent service. Garth from the paint section has shown outstanding customer service. He has vast knowledge and is always willing to help. He goes over and above what one would expect. Thank you buildit for employing such a dedicated employee.

Declined
Purchased instant Hot Water Bathroom & Kitchen Mixer Tap - Electrically Heated) negative star... Just over a month later it leaks. Sent it back for a replacement. It was declined reason: the plug had been cut off. The plug that came with the item does not fit south african plug point. So I cut it off and fitted an sa plug. So due to this they will not replace the item. Call centre told me when the plug did not fit I should've returned it. My question is why sell on the sa market items that are not compatible. Hence my days of takealot shopping have come to and end. To all that read this be aware that this is their policy, not their problem if the don't supply the correct connections it's your problem.

Pathetic
BP Howick Pathetic service often sat waiting for attendants. Drove off. Sad that the attendants are not interested in assisting the actual customers that generate an income for them. Very disappointed from now on Sasol Merryvale will be my stop, they have outstanding service...

Fantastic MM
I have found Mastermovers a pleasure to work with from the beginning with my quotation. Lira was so helpful and got back to me without delay when I added items to the quotation. The staff who collected my furniture where so helpful and treated my items as their own. I had exact same when they delivered my furniture. I would recommend them to anyone as it made the move so stressless. Thank you Mastermovers Jhb.
