I recently had a terrible experience with Mattress and Couch Factory Outlet. They failed to deliver my order on time, and when they finally did, the colour was wrong (grey instead of perlino). The sales rep, Kayla Mentoor, was unprofessional and unhelpful. They tried so hard to convince me that I am wrong instead of accepting that they are wrong and fixing their mistakes. Despite multiple promises, they haven't resolved the issue. They changed the refund terms without my knowledge, and I'm still waiting for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
Before banking with Nedbank, consider the following facts: Your transactions show after 500 hundred years later. When you buy electricity, the money automatically goes to your municipality even when you don't owe a dime! MIND YOU, I provided proof that I didn't owe the municipality but it was apparently beyond their control whether the money comes back or not, even when they deducted it from my account. You end up with a minus in your account, because transactions don't reflect immediately! Money goes MISSING without explanation. I regret leaving Standard Bank for this 😪
My family and I are currently staying at Durban Spa, and I must say, it has been a disaster. Upon arrival, our room was not properly cleaned, with a dirty sleeper couch being the first thing that caught our attention. Fortunately, Bab'Mkhize from the maintenance department managed to bring in another bed to compensate for the dirty sleeper couch. The unit itself is not well-maintained, and it is clear that the cleaning staff had not done their job thoroughly. Things only got worse from there. We reported a faulty fridge this morning, but despite promises to replace or fix it, nothing was done. As a self-catering unit, a functioning fridge is essential, and it's appalling that they couldn't even provide this basic amenity. But the cherry on top is the power outage that occurred today. I was shocked to discover that Durban Spa does not have a backup power system in place. When I called the reception to inquire about the situation, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a blame-shifting response, with the staff claiming that it was the municipality's fault. In this day and age, it's unacceptable for a hotel not to have a backup power system, especially in an area prone to outages. The lack of accountability and poor customer service displayed by Durban Spa thus far is appalling, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Unless they seriously revamp their maintenance, cleaning, and customer service, I would advise others to steer clear of Durban Spa.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Blink by Miway. Despite being a loyal customer, I was treated with utter disregard and lack of empathy. The issue began when I missed one premium payment, which led to Blink debiting my account before the scheduled debit order date. I understood that this was a consequence of my missed payment. However, what followed was unacceptable. After two months of successful debit orders, Blink suddenly debited my account again without my knowledge or consent. To add insult to injury, this happened at a time when I was facing a family crisis, having to contribute to a immediate family funeral. The funds in my account were desperately needed, but Blink showed no regard for my situation. When I explained my circumstances to the consultant, I was shocked to be told that I would not be eligible for a refund. This response was heartless and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding and compassion. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. Blink by Miway has fallen short of these expectations, and I would not recommend their services to anyone!

The WORST AGENCY. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. After debiting my account and getting a confirmation email for my booking a month ago, I received an email yesterday stating that the reservation couldn't be made due to full booking at the hotel of my choice. They gave me two options, to get a refund within 30 days or they'll look for suitable accommodation. I chose the second option and within minutes I received an email stating that a "suitable" accommodation couldn't be found. Mind you, I have made transport arrangements and took leave off from work to make this trip. The other useless options they give you don't even guarantee that the next booking will be confirmed, I had to find another hotel on their behalf because they failed to do so, on their own website. Next thing, I find a hotel and I'm told they can't use my money that's floating in their account to make the booking. I'd have to accept a form of refund in "agoda cash", which is not guaranteed to pay at the hotel of my choice. Even after emphasizing that I'll pay the difference they still cannot help me! How is that even possible!!! Trust me, if you don't want to get ****med DON'T BOOK WITH THESE *****STERS.

I purchased a Hyundai i20 in 2020 from Hyundai East Rand and I was promised a 3 year service plan before purchase. To my surprise, when booking for a service I was informed this would be my last service. The consultant at Hyundai East Rand advised me to contact Liquid Capital because the service done before I purchased the car is the third service I supposedly was meant to get (so I technically already got it but I wasn't made aware of this). When I called Liquid Capital, a rude consultant told me that the company has nothing to do with what Hyundai East Rand promised and that I should take it up with them. I've had back and forths with these companies and obviously the pressure for them is to pay for the major service that is pending. We are sold dreams just to purchase and there are never consequences for the lies promised.
