I have installed a system in my vehicle. My systems battery showed that it is low. When i contacted the costomer care they told me that i am deactivated, but they take a premium every month. The person i spoke to wanted to reinstated the system. WHAT!!!!!! They cannot help me.....
I have been with Compcare for a while. I struggled to get my savings released from the preavious years. The people dont help and they hold on to your money. I resigned from them last year and Oktober. I have been promiced by my agent that the money that is still in my savings account will be released after 3 months. Their financial manager refuse to take calls or to answer e mails. Because of some bad apples in this company i will never join this company again.
Booked for 2 weeks. only stayed 1 week. People smoke in the rooms, Neighbours are loud. The workers are so loud we staied above the delivery room. No rest. The staff is excellent, rooms clean, but no response on complaints. No i will not return.
I have purchased a neo card machine for our ministry. They where quick on delivery. They said 24 hrs after our first transaction the money will be in our account. Well after 7 days i contacted them and spoke to Lulu who was very helpful. They needed to FICA us. I understand, but why didn't they notify me via email? well after I send them the necessary documents still no funds. They say my account is inactive.... What rubish. I eventually asked my accountant (after 10 days of waiting) to contact them Still no reply or finances. This is sad that a company cannot communicate with its clients. They still sit with my money.
I have been with them for years. Had no problems. Then without notifying us they sold to National. Then the problems started. They don't answer their phones, I hold on to speak to a agent to solve my issue with no luck. This company won't last. Cancel and take out their radio is the best.
The worst management in the whole country. I was standing in the line for 45 min at the men's clothing. 4 cashers where standing on the side doing nothing. only 2 cashers where helping the customers. there where people leaving. When we complained they did not even respond. When everybody in the line started complaining the supervisor came on her time, did not apologize and walked up and down then called someone to come and help. Why is your store in such a bad state? I don't understand.
