Why us ny 5g not haveing any connections on my 101pro and loop yet 4g works
I am extremely disgusted and disappointed in this service that I'm getting from rain you guys are not responding to an emails or queries that are logged it's now been more than 4 days already and my exchange has not been completed the Old loop is still active and my new loop is still not active how can something as simple as this take so long to complete this is very disappointing what must I do with an item that is not working because you guys couldn't complete and activate the new loop and take the old loop of I'm sure it's just about changing the serial number or something but it takes you guys more then one day and not even giving me as a customer a update
On the 23 dec u placed a collection order for a white loop that's not even 2 weeks old and is already faulty the loop randomly reboots and when I'm connected to the loops wifi it would lose wifi network at random also the battery gos flat extremely fast when I got the loop it was in 0% so I charged it to 100% and within 30 minutes it was flat the same has happened ecer since I got it it gos flat in under 60 minutes I can't be paying for such a item that gives me problem since the loop is less then one month old only 8 days old I'll like to request for a exchange for a new one to be made and delivered to me and you guys pick up the faulty one as this is inconvenienceing me
I am very upset my account was fully up to date do I ordered a rain loop 2 days ago I made it a collection I paid on line the pro rated amount it went off my account and my order was confirmed and now I wake up on a public holiday to find all my services are suspended my rain 101 pro and my loop because of a outstanding balance that I was randomly charged and its the same pro rated amount i already paid this is unacceptable of rain to suspend me like that a paying customer and overcharge me I am beyond disappointed now I'm sitting without internet
I cancel the last product I had with you guys in August and now I wanted to know if there's any possibility I can rejoin rain with the 101 pro if it's possible can someone please call me form sales
My one account ending in 5962 is supposed to be on a Aspire Encore Current Account why was it moved to a normal Aspire Current Account and now I have a negative balance of 52 I did not ask it to be moved form a Aspire Encore Current Account please fix this
I don't know where I can turn to I went to the actual Hollywoodbets - Korsten tab in korsten Port Elizabeth to talk to the people there but no one even cares to help you're workers there by the name of Chantelle she borrows money to people she gives money and alcohol to a EBRAHIM Abrahams we talked to her and staff there asking them to not let him.in the tab to ban him but she don't listen he is a psychiatric patient and can't drink alcohol but Chantelle don't understand that we told her to not borrow for Ebrahim Abrahams and he's mom Garunisa money because he ues it for alcohol and to ban them form the tab but she refused get this Chantelle lady to stop lending money to them and allowing them in to the tab he is a psychiatric patient and we have tried to get him banned but no one wants to help and it's now getting out of hand Chantel must stop giveing them money plz help in getting then banned as it's getting out of hand now a psychiatric patient shouldn't be allowed to be in a place like this and drink alcohol

I have an outstanding balance and I've been trying with your call center to make a payment arrangement but no one is able to help me my outstanding balance is R158 and I wanted to know if I can pay it on the 7th of August fully I wanted to arrangement to be put in place for the 7th of August
