My wife wanted to use their product for our kitchen floor. We bought all the material needed and used their contractors who apparently did their showroom floor in Rosebank. The finished product looked ok, but soon we noticed scratches everywhere. Then chips. I just wished that they had explained properly that the finish would scuff this badly, especially as we have pets. I would expect some wear and tear but not this quickly and severely. My wife declined to contact them to complain, our money is gone and we now will spend more money to use vinyl. Only use this product in low traffic areas and not if you have pets.

<p>I went into the Telkom Cresta store to have a landline and DSL line set-up, as I was planning to use Vox Telecom as my ISP. The salesman told me Telkom were running a special for R399 pm, where the landline, DSL, router and installation were all included. I thought it was too good to be true byt signed up there and then.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got my first bill for R412,28 (plus about R70 on a pro-rated amount). It seemed close enough, so I didn't worry too much about it. I then see that my debit order rejected for some reason, now I see they've charged me R200 for this? I can't understand why my order rejected and why I'm being charged this amount, it's ridiculous!</p>
I have a 5GB internet data contract with MTN and get charged R279 pm. I then got a bill for almost R1,200 in March, then another for almost R1,000 and then another for R338. I queried why my bill had increased so much, particularly as I have the Night Data deal for extra 5GB pm.<br> <br> Almost 50 days later, I was then told I used 24GB in March, 10.2GB in April and 4.4GB in May respectively, hence my increased bill. When I asked them for a breakdown of how they came to this, I got no response and am still waiting. How could I be charged extra when they told me I used less than what I pay for in the 3rd month? That is either pure incompetence or robbery, maybe both.<br> <br> I write this in the hope that someone might finally be able to answer my questions properly. If not, I am going to request they cancel my contract.
I started a R220 Retirement Annuity many years ago, not really understanding the costs, etc of the product. I kept paying it for many years, even when I was travelling. When I got back from the States, I received a call from an agent, asking if I wanted to increase my RA by R100, to which I said yes, not even thinking about it.<br> <br> A few weeks later, I ask them to please reduce it back to the original amount, as I didn't want to increase my debit orders at that stage. I specifically told them that there should be no penalities for doing this, which they confirmed. Anyway, I found a great financial advisor who told me to cancel this RA because of it's high charges, which I did. They assessed me almost 30% of my fund value saved up almost 10 years, plus another R1,500 from a recent time I increased, then immediately decreased the premium. <br> <br> I have asked for the calculations for this and no one can explain to me,nor provide the telephone calls, where this was all explained to me, nor in my policy documents where it details the penalties. Till this day, no one answers my call. I have just laid a complaint with the Ombud, so I hope their company gets what's coming to them, as they steal
