On 18 June I app**** for a cellular contract with iStore Online. It took 3 days of no response, at which stage I started an online chat on the website. Then Mohau Modiselle called me back to say I need to complete MORE forms and he will email it. This was followed by a mail from him with NO forms attached but a promise that I will be contacted the next day. I emailed back to say there are no forms to complete. Today (25 June) I receive a mail stating the request was cancelled by ME.... ***? Does anyone actually know what is going on in their business? These people are completely useless!
I had the worst experience of my entire life at TWT Kempton Park. I had 5 valves replaced, did balancing and wheel alignment and it took 3.5 hours!!!! During my wait there was ZERO communication as to progress and on several occasions the vehicle was standing unattended outside with several open bays and nobody attending. This is the worst service I have ever received at any place...... I usually take ALL my vehicles there, but I willl certainly not return!!! Thank you Victor
Never received my medication. Chronic medication overdue for days and no response on phone, or emails. They do not answer their phones. They do not respond on their so-called whats-app chat. they ignore emails. They do not respond on social media BUT they claim it from the medical aid and they want the co-payment ..... pathetic, useless, *********** company
It is now the second tine I am trying to get some sort of after sales support. They delivered the wrong package, although it has the right name on the label. Try to get hold of someone...not possible to talk to a human being
The most useless company I have ever encountered. This is my second time with Fastway stuffing up a parcel sent to me. I would not recommend any business to use them as their courier company. 12 days for a parcel from Westrand to Eastrand. My previous delivery was almost 3 weeks, and had the supplier not pressurised them, the parcel would still be in their warehouse... They have a tracking system, but if nothing happens to the parcel there is nothing to track, it's a joke. Worst service ever.
I called Supersonic on 24 Feb 2021 to cancel the service as it is the worst service I have ever received. I then sent an email to cancellations upon their request. I heard nothing. I followed up again on 1 March 2021, still nothing. I receive an email from them on 11 March 2021 stating my service will be discontinued on 31 March. On 1 April they take another debot order from my account. I log a complaint with them and they try and convince me that I did not cancel in time for the 1 month notice. I send them all the mails as proof and they agree to resolve. The same day they call me to try and convince me that the debit order on 1 April was for March service. Their invoice at beginning of March clearly states it is for March services and payment is done at beginning of March. They are trying to duck paying my money back. This is unethical.
