FNB insurance, is being terrible with a third party claim it's been over 6 months, they keep saying everything is in order and they'll pay the claimant in a week a week has become over 6 months on a proper claim. All required documents have been submitted. They keep making promises they don't keep, absolutely terrible service.
Life Parklands hospital, terrible service. Firstly Dr DN Luthuli is horrible, he treats me like a cadaver. During inspection he chats to the nurse and gives me the patient no attention or answers. One day you're on this medication it changes no explanation, no explanation what tests are for that's Dr DN Luthuli. Had I not insisted on asking certain question he would have chatted to the nurse made his notes and left. He was rude, I'd prefer a different physician who is interested in patient care or a transfer, I'm not a cadaver. The nurses you ask for something like my drip dressing needs changing, yes they'll get someone to do it, it's still falling apart. My money is not well spent, hence I'm complaining. Perhaps I should report this treatment to the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Terrible dealership, the car I bought a Toyota Auris 2008 was a rebuilt which they didn't declare, it was full of mechanical and electrical issues. It cost me an additional R35 000 to repair to roadworthy reliable car. This dealership is dodgy and just shoddy. Their mechanics and electricians have poor workmanship. Do not go there do not buy from them it'll cost you alot more than the selling price.
I have literary given up on Vox and Vumatel, Vox says it's Vumatel and Vumatel says it's Vox. Our fibre line is still not active and it's more than a month later and we as a family still have limited productivity as errors continue. Vumatel say they've done their part Vox says No! there is still pending actions from Vumatel. So I've exhausted all my options and have no idea how to resolve this matter.

Our fibre line was tested by Vumatel and found to be working. Now we don't have any connectivity and we can't be productive because Vumatel has not handed the line to Vox, this is poor service for days now. This is unfair to us the consumers and it's poor service delivery. Can someone at Vumatel take responsibility and resolve the issue. I have made several calls to Vox about this.
I'm still experiencing problems a month later from when I placed a fibre order through Thobane Dhlamini our line is still not working the explanation given is that Vumatel has not handed the fibre line to Vox. All the infrastructure is pre existing and when Vumatel tested the line it worked. Vox is not treating us fairly as the consumer and it seems no one is taking responsibility at all. I must say Tshepo Collen Mothiba has been trying his best to assist with no success. Please Vox can you get this fibre line running urgently as it's affecting the productivity of the entire household.
Poor service from Vox and Openserve, since the 09/06/2022 Openserve had an order for us from Vox to date no fibre installation has been done Lee Msomi and Thobane Dhlamini keep sending Openserve technicians to the wrong address despite several confirmation of our address and proof of address. Moses from Openserve lied to us when he setup an appointment at the correct address he didn't pitch or bother to tell us he's not coming we waited in vain. Lee Msomi(Vox), Thobane Dhlamini(Vox), Rabelani Moses Tshuma(Openserve) are incompetent they can't seem to get customer service and service delivery basics done correctly. Can Vox management take responsibility and fix the problem.

My wife had an accident with our vehicle on 29/04/2022 to date discovery has not resolved the claim. Gontse Moteane handling the case all he can say is he's awaiting assessment. It's nearly a month this is ridiculous and poor service.
