I have recently started baking scones and selling to my neighbors for extra income and I always find Rama,flour and amasi on special at my nearest Shoprite. Thank you,thank you Shoprite.
Good day, I bought stainless steel pots from this company I saw how customers were happy with theirs on their Facebook page and I needed pots, I received my order on the 21/12/2021but mine were not new, they looked like they have been used before, the lids looked like they have been washed and not properly wiped, they had water marks, I immediately went and in boxed them on Facebook they gave me an email address but my mail did not go through for the first time, I phoned them then it went through I spoke to Thabo n he said I must send pictures and an email stating If I wanted a replacement or my money back which I did n he said that this can be fixed in a day but I have been calling n begging for this exchange, my second inbox on the 24th was ignored completely until I called them on the 28th, Whenever I call I speak to this Thabo person n I always have to remind him what my issue is and he always say he will forward it to sales manager but until today nothing! No update from them, they don't care about the customer anymore, I don't even want their pots anymore I want my money back this company can not be trusted, I have no words for their customer service.
Worst service ever! They lie and say you were not available each time they fail do deliver, I lost a lot of money calling them because they put you on hold then drops the call on you, they dnt deserve even one star, what's worse is that they are not even that far away from from me but I'm not getting my parcel and nobody cares!!
Worst service ever! I regret buying from them, I really do, I made an online purchase on the 3rd and because I knw they don't take long to deliver or so I thought, I called their offices on the 6th then I was told I will receive my mixer on Thursday or Friday as it's in Midrand, on that same day I received an email that it was with courier but I haven't received it today, I called them yesterday n was told that the courier was at my house and there was no one to receive it which is a lie because I work from home and there are other ppl in this house so there is always someone at home, then today I got a call from Dawn wing telling me they only received my parcel yesterday n they can't deliver today imagine! I wanted to use it today, what must I do now, whats worse is that when u send email they don't reply, so I inboxed on Facebook n was told the same nonsense that I was not available when I question there was no further response, I'm so frustrated it's not even funny
