Greatly disappointed in service
I have complained 3 times now about scheduling delivery and then having to phone in because its not being delivered twice my orders were over 40 minutes late and once it was 36minutes Greatly disappointed. I was told the previous times it wont happen again. Now my order was delivered but it wasn’t sealed it was open

Milpark disappointing service
Im greatly disappointed in the level of service. I logged a case regarding my course showing not published as i will attach. No response till now. I have phoned in several times my details was also taken and i was told i would be phoned back its been 2 days. My course started on the 20th yet i still have no access.

Dr waltge and reception
Dr waltge My sister was at her rooms early this morning they did a sonar and tests and said they would call her back regarding the results before the end of the day she is in severe pain we have called 18 times answered 2 times and both times we were told the lady that handles the results arent in. R1400 for this? No prescriptions no advice no service.

Dis-Chem Pharmacy Weltevreden - Northcliff Worst of the worst
Last month they packed my medication without my consent even deducted from my medical aid. Today I waited over 10+ minutes to get a prescription ended up leaving overall not a good experience from this store. Just to be clear its the Dis-Chem Pharmacy Weltevreden - Northcliff branch

Product complaint / Pathetic service
I bought the small packets of gravy with chunks like i always do. However when opened the one packet. Its just water like there is no thickness like normal. The smell is just completely off it made me sick. Phoned to report got a reference bumber was told somebody would be in contact with me within 24Hours its been 2 days and no response. Completely pathetic

Outstanding service from Slindile Zwane
I wanted to take the time to thank Slindile Zwane from your claims department. She helped me and was compassionate and caring through the entire process. I had to claim due to a theft. During a vulnerable moment she really made the process easy. Its hard to come by caring people. Really excellent service. Glad my belongings are insured at the right company .
