The Directors of this business should be arrested. Ben is a con man, ***** and lacks integrity. He delivers nothing but lies after he has collected the usual 50% deposit. He wants to live and portray a fancy lifestyle at the expense of his victims. Really cheap way of living. We can’t let him continue and get away with ****ming people like this!!!
I have been trying to reach Absa EFT Payments for the last 5 days to locate a missing payment/transaction and they have totally ignored me. Can someone please call me back and explain what is happening with my query, Case No. 07959652.
7 days since the promised to refund my deposit and NOTHING as yet. No one is picking up their central reservations and customer care phone line. Be warned, these guys crooks!!
On Saturday (27th November), I called Thrifty Car Hire to rent a car for 2 days. We completed the application telephonically and they were very quick to debit my credit card with the rental amount (R3,100). When I went to collect the car at the airport, they refused to release the car citing a very lame excuse. I spoke to one of their managers called Rowan and we agreed that they will refund my money by Tuesday, 30th November. I got an email a few minutes later from one Avinska (after insisting that they commit in writing) saying that day that the funds will be in my account by Wednesday, 01st December. No surprise, today is 01st December and no refund has come through from Thrifty THIEVES. This is the second time I'm experiencing such an unpleasant experience with them. Needless to say, this is the last time that I'll dealing with these thieves, very unprofessional folk indeed!! I await my refund.
I'm having the worst experience with MetroFibre. They have failed to move my service from my previous address to my new address for over a month now. My request to speak to a senior manager to escalate the issue has fallen on deaf ears. Unpleasant experience and terrible service.
The service is pathetic in the Lonehill area. The line keeps dropping and reboots itself constantly. Accounts department is equally incompetent. The double debited me for the month of August and they have been giving me the runner around ever for my refund and we now approaching a new month. Looking for alternative FTTH provider in the area.

I signed up for a contract with MTN in February, 2021 and they added device insurance against my will. I have made numerous attempts to cancel it and provided evidence that I didn't request for the insurance on sign-up but they are giving me run-around and still debit my account for the same. PLEASE CANCEL the damn policy and refund my premiums. This is absolutely annoying and very frustrating..
