Pick n Pay Viking has the most slowest service ever. Each week I go there as it is convenient to and fro my work commute, but sjoe no regard for efficient and customer consideration service. Always very little till operators available to assist and the few that are open do so at a snail's space whilst conducting their own conversations. Utter unprofessional and undersirable service. Please jack up on the service levels and open up more till's and consider patron's times
Let me jump on the bandwagon of the Many complaints against UberEats. I will Never make use of their dishonest services again. I ordered a meal through UberEats and tracked the delivery, the driver apparantly waited at a different location to the address as supp**** and I received ONE Automated telephone call only and when I tried to call back, it was unsuccessful. They stand by their stance advising no refund as the driver followed protocall BS!!!

Obz Café, Observatory Dismal breakfast experience on Saturday past We were a group of 6 who came for breakfast based on the Daddy's deal. Upon arrival at 10h00, we could not enter the establishment as staff were still cleaning up from what seems to be the night before's shift. We eventually entered at 10h10 and took to our seats advising we are there for the breakfast as per the advertised and already purchased deal. We placed our respective egg preference orders (sunny side up, scrambled etc etc).. we received our plates almost an hour later to which we were horrified and completely nauseous at the state of the eggs. Needless to say we returned the eggs and the dirty cutlery utensils. In fairness, there was only ONE waiter named Richard servicing the full restaurant whilst the other staff members walked around slowly and literally dragging their feet - evidently tired from the night before's shift. They were short staffed and only one lady in the kitchen who upon receiving all the returned plates (us and other patrons) started raising her voice at her frustration and lack of help. It was still unpleasant for us to hear We then managed to speak with Josef who noted our concerns and complaints as he is in communications with the manager All in all, Obz Café will Never see us again and should not be promoting a breakfast service if they cannot adhere to basic requirements of customer satisfaction and service delivery Unhappy customers
Very daunting to undertake a home renovation be is small or big. Thankful to Mr Milton Sidonie and his team at Sidonie Solutions for the service rendered and communicating with us throughout .. updating of progress etc. Will certainly recommend this company for any of your home and outside renovations and its associated services. Happy camper :)

This message serves to raise a COMPLAINT at the horrific scene we witnessed on Saturday whilst attending my friend's 40th Birthday celebration. And this is Not an understatement I believe the person is the manager of subject establishment, however her mannerisms leaves much to be desired to rudely storm into the function venue and interrupt an important speech in such a frantic manner - Uncalled for As a person within the service industry with hospitality and art background the female manager's actions is totally unacceptable to say the least (!) It is most certainly Not of CUSTOMER SERVICE standards - I suggest a few training sessions is arranged asap in order to salvage the reputation of the Cattle Baron Tyger Waterfront brand as word of mouth goes a long way I, for one, along with my family will Never frequent the restaurant again simply due to bad and utterly rude uncalled for behaviour by the female manager It is a pity as the waiters service was impeccable and the food exceptionally good I await your soonest feedback on how this matter is being addressed
