I come from a family of Chefs, and being pre-Diabetic thought to use this Delite Foods Product referred to by a colleague. Sceptical at most went ahead and tried it. Well to my Delight- pardon the pun, I bought the Tantalize sugar free liquid. I use it when making this Malay Curry sauce which I infuse with glazed pineapple and have never gone back to using any other glazing product, honey, sugar and stuck with the sugar free liquid ever since. its rather concentrated so be sure to use it sparingly. My recipe is currently at a Northern Irish eatery, and it does not taste the same they say, my secret.. Tantalize sugar free liquid. I saw them at the Africa Food Show in Cape Town- I was shocked to see the brand explosion of other delectable products which I must have, and yes people will question the ingredients list- what I can say-after 7 years of using this- I am not diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and keep using their products. Wish they sold it at my local pharmacy though. Cupcakes here we go!
I paid cash for an Uber trip. It costed me 210 rand. I paid the driver a 250 rand as he was pleasant and he drove well. When wanting to use Uber the evening, the app said I did not pay James, and he confirmed on the app that he was paid, yet the app sad if I want to use the service I must first pay the arrears. I trying to resolve the issue, well that's when everything is messed up with this service of help desk and support. It does not exist. No help and no support after several app messages, trying to find a number for customer service and or email does not exist, it just does not. It is with utter disgust I write this review, and am bitter to the point that they can keep their ****ty service, and their ****ty communication methods, and well loose a customer to other e hailing providers. They are a bunch of mishaps, go South Africa Uber, make and keep this name flying low with the vultures. Where you belong...
How about 4emails,4 whatsapp chats, 2bot chats, and no internet after 3 days going in for 4 days now. No one responds to a complaint, calls are logged asking to switch off the box and restart in 10 minutes, send a picture of the lights bla bla blahh. I am tired so, I will be moving my business elsewhere as I work from home, small remote work which is my bread and butter for most part of the month. It's killing me that I have to switch on my Vodacom mobile data, pay a hefty sum to be connected. There is no one to talk to, only a WhatsApp chat which takes an hour for them to ask the same questions and log a call. So, yeah, that's my experience.
Unauthorized deductions from my Bank account, twice same day, and no one to take accountability. How the heck can a company take money from your card without using their service, I heard a bout busbud for the first time today, and then to find out that the charges were from outside South Africa, how do I ever get my money back I am By no means wealthy, I work hard for my money, I take the hardships daily from work, and now this company just deducts my hard earned money.
Uncovered trips, faulty sensor, app of 2 months not providing the correct information, and fuel cash back won't be paid out because I was issued a faulty sensor. Who's fault is that. I was sold the fact of that if you take out additional discovery products you will get up to 50% fuel cash back, if your trips are recorded without incident. So listen, I took out the house contents, banking, house structural cover, vitality and medical aid. All of this and I still do not get anything back from them other than 100 and odd bucks for March, and a faulty sensor which did not record any trips which I was not covered for by the way. I know there are more customers experiencing this horror. I left outsurance after 16 years, with no issues, for this krapp. Jesus, take the Flippin wheel here because I feel ****med. I am going back to Outsurance. Finish and klaar.
I paid for food that the driver took for himself. He said he tried to make contact, and left after 8 minutes, I don't even think he got out of the car to come to the gate. He sent a message he arrived and when I wanted to contact back he left. I tried to contact Uber eats via the app stating I did not get my food. Well, the response was if the driver made attempts to contact you after 8bminutes of waiting he can cancel the order. I asked fro proof that he tried to contact me, we were home for heavens sake and my dog would have alerted us if someone was at the gate. Well, after requesting where my food was, no help. Then cheeky app sends me a, rate how your experience was, and hope you order again. ***udge. Are these people for real. I wanted a receipt and guess what, not available. Little red triangle says I must wait for 24 hours for a receipt. Not my first rodeo with these folks and now I am convinced that the folks they hire are as dense as the app. Really? You will get no refund..... Charged R290 rand, there goes my petrol for the week. Cheeky company, not great in support and service, no people interaction, just a stupid app where you raise your "concerns"
I am your worst nightmare of a customer, I live and breathe excellence in terms of service, quality information sharing, transparency and most of all integrity. What started out as a recommendation from a previous vw mechanic, took me on a spin. My car would not work after he could not determine the cause of it not starting when at a certain temp. I took it to vw Claremont based on his word of how great they are. My experience with the Tokai branch, left me with a seeing is believing outlook. Well, needles to say after extensive technical jargon from techies I was filled with disappointment and stress. I have an oldie, a gem, and my little baby was at vw Claremont all week. I was livid. Then I came across JD, she really saved the day, and with her giving me the challenges in plain words, transparency and integrity turned my view of this brach 360 degrees. Listen to me when I say, vw Claremont has its challenges but no one and nothing can now change my mind about how great this place is. From Shawn, to Pug and JD. Thankyou for going that extra mile, to fix my old gal, and work around the costs for the repairs for me. I have no words except admiration to the best ever service I received at a dealership in all my time with vw. Really a super team, driven to get results. You have earned my respect and loyalty forever. Service excellence, transparency, integrity. The 3 things I value most in a service provider and you nailed it 100%
