Absolutely pathetic service. Parcel arrived at your depot on 18 March 2022. Several floor checks done, but still has not been despatched (28 March).
Worst company ever! I placed an order on 1 December 2021. Due to the festive period, my order was delayed. I was informed that there was a delay and I must be patient. I have been patient until today. I have made several requests for a refund but I don't get a response.I have received my orders from International companies but still not my order from this company. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a scam.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago in time for a function. Fastway couriers were supposed to have delivered by Monday 6 December. I received a notification late that night stating that the order was returned to the depot. Why?? Only God knows. I waited the whole of 7th December for the delivery. I called but the phone was not answered, I emailed but no response! I then found the person responsible for delivery in my area and messaged her, sadly the message was read but still no response!! The items are for a graduation function to be held on 8th December(today). What poor pathetic service from Fastway who don't value their clients. Extremely Disappointed but more frustrated and stressed. They deserve 00 stars!
Terrible company to do business with!! Placed my order on 22 September via Bidorbuy. Received email that order will be delivered by 21 October 2021 from Loot. I have not yet received my order (25 October). I have emailed, sent messages via twitter but no positive response. All I got were automated responses. They deserve 00 stars :(
Made a purchase online which was a gift to someone in another town. It was then taken in to be exchanged for a smaller size. The cashier wanted the order number which I had to email, then she insisted on the delivery note which unfortunately was discarded. Refused to exchange the item which was a sandal. I emailed tfg customer services twice, no response. I sent a message on instagram, no response. Very disappointing
I placed an order for several items. I received an email stating that one item was on back order until 30 April. I later received another email stating that there was a delay at customs. I then emailed 4 times asking that the remainder of my items be delivered but I have not received a single response. I have tried calling all the numbers, even sent whatsapp messages but no one responds. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legit company. I will NOT buy again. Very poor customer service!!!!
Excellent and prompt service received from AK at The Mattresswarehouse in Durban. I was reluctant to order my bed online but the order processing and delivery went smoothly. I encountered a small problem due to a factory defect but AK called me and resolved the issue. I am pleased with their service.
