The poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I actually want to give a 0 rating. I went to Fashion World just next to SunCity to buy some swimwear and I waited in the queue for more than an hour. There was one cashier assisting all of us. The slips were being written by hand. I called the manager who told me they had load shedding yesterday and she was busy capturing yesterday’s work on the system and she cannot assist the cashier. The other lady at the counter with pink hair called her friend to help her and then told us she cannot assist us. Terrible service. I suggest the manager gets training on how to manage the store and her staff. I had a horrible experience today.
My experience with 1st for Women has been great. I recently submitted a car insurance claim, and I must say that Portia handled my claim swiftly and effectively. She was constantly communicating with me regarding the process that's being undertaken and all that's required from me. I would like to thank the 1st for Women team for the great service.
Avbob deserves a 0. Poor customer service and poor handling of complaints. Their service department is useless. A policy was fraudulently opened in my name. I went to avbob newcastle branch to report it on the 6th of June 2022. I was told my policy would take 6 weeks to cancel. It's 3 months later and still no cancelation. I called them today and was told I will receive an sms when the policy has been canceled. I received my payslip today which showed that they will continue to debit even this month. This is unacceptable.
My husband has been regularly contacting SARS to file his tax returns with SARS. He was told he has to add himself as a REP for his company and he has been trying but SARS is failing him. He's been booking appointments and asking them to call back but they don't return the calls. Whenever he does get through, he has to explain to another consultant and submit the required documents each and every time. This is ridiculous.
Im really disappointed at Old Mutual. I went to the Newcastle Mall branch on Saturday, 27 November 2021 to cash out my investment. Everything seemed to go well. I even received an sms on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 which confirmed that my money will be paid into my account within 2 working days. It's now 03 December 2021 and I haven't received my money. I called them this morning and said there was some technical error that resulted in me not receiving my money. I didn't appreciate that I had to keep calling Old Mutual in order to find out what's going on and when my money will be paid.
It's about the 3rd time now that there's fraud happening with my Vodacom account. I had a contract with Vodacom that was canceled last year. Before it was canceled, I reported a fraudulent upgrade and a fraudulent new contract taken under my account. I sent proof that it was indeed not me. This was sorted out. I even received confirmation from Vodacom that my contract was canceled. Debit orders from Vodacom kept going off my account and I decided to block them because I do not know anything about them.Today, I got a call from the collections department telling me that my account is in arreas. They say that I took out another contract with them but I didn't. I've reported this to their fraud department again and hope it will be resolved. I'm so tired of Vodacom.
