Last week Thursday placed an order of R200 and it was my first time shopping on temu. The cart still have product was trying to order but R200 was debited from my nedbank credit card and I am still waiting for bank statement to back accusation. And not happy at all with their service
2024 dec I miss a payment of loan then come 02 January 2025 I received a call from one of their agent and we agreed on arrangement of paying R600 until the outstanding installment is settled in have paid more than what installment required even today i am still in arrears of the same installment which I am not sure are they handling their business and already discovered that I took a loan of R100k but the total repayment will be R300k which runs for 84 months and same thing happened in 2025 Dec they were supposed to debit on the 25th which didn't happen and I did a manual transaction of R3k to their bank account but the system haven't updated even today and busy receiving some threatening messages from them of which is their fault. I am writing this review with disappointment from telkom as I took a contractor with them 2023 October and 3 to 6 months everything went smooth as they were debiting from the bank but as in happens in life that we face financial challenges, one time they went to bank to do debit but due to insufficient funds into the account debit order bounce and it automatically canceled the the stop order and the following month I did a manual payment through eft which became a norm to me as I continued paying and recently just receiving sms from on of their third party telling me that the account has been handed over to them due to outstanding payment and I tried contacting telkom to tell me which month i did not pay and they can't tell me busy saying last month they tried to debit from my account but couldn't get money so its debit order bouncing amount
I took loan with them last year Mayof R100k at the interest rate of 29.50% but even today the amount owed about R169k and trying to get answers busy sending me agreement which stipulated that interest rate landing at 29.50%
Telkom shame on you after such long rendering service to me by just a skip of one month not paying and now you have to handover my account to your debt collector's and busy harassing me on emails and sms. I hope this is the last contract taking with you and will encourage other people not to take service with you.
Telkom took contract with you and for me to pass one month without paying doesn't mean that you have to report me to credit bereau and handing over my account to debt collector's and unfortunately I made a payment which you reconnected my service and now trying to apply for something and your record appears at credit bereau. Sies poor service

I hate to say this but never believe that telkom will do this me firstly handed my account to debt collector's without talk to me first and now they debited money from account which has not cleared from their system now account has been handed to credit bereau can anyone from telkom contact me my number is 0747779866 and I am not afraid to be blacklisted but it should be done on fair process not in the way they handle their business
On the 1st of October 2023 I took an upgrade with telkom for IPhone 8 which was not satisfying in terms of accessories is coming with it and I log a call with them to come and collect the device which was done by their courier service provider and now I am receiving a bill that says must pay R8k which I am not sure why should I pay so much for device which was returned to them. Now for them to attend the case it's hassle as now approaching 4 months and telling me that no verdict has been issued to my case. 0817418015
First week of October I took and upgrade of an Iphone8 which to my surprise it was delivered on the 07 October and without charger and ear phones and my wife was not happy with the device and had to call telkom on the 09 October to return the device. Which the courier delayed in collecting the device. Which they collected on the 18 October which I have a proof that the device was collected and to my surprise month end after receiving statement and it says I must pay R6720 for device obligation which I don't know what I must pay for and went ahead and open the case with telkom and was told the matter will be resolved with 2 working days and now I am in 5 days no communication and no nothing and they expect me to pay.
