After three weeks of constant mails and poor service from takealot a recieved only a portion of my refund and now head into week four to get the balance of my cash back. I wrote to takealot HQ and not one manager acknowledged my escalation

A BRAND NEW SWIMMING POOL INSTALLED BY POLY PHOENIX POOLS, STOPPED WORKING BEFORE THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRED . WE REPORTED THAT THE MOTOR NO LONGER WORKS. BETWEEN MY WIFE AND I WE SENT SEVERAL MAILS REQUESTING SERVICE AND THAT THEY HONOUR THE WARRNTY. AND AFTER MY MAILS REFLECTED SOME ANGER, WE WERE TOLD BY CHERRYL ,TO TAKE A VIDEO AND SEND IT TO THEM SO THAT THEY CAN BE HELPED WITH PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSES. Or ALTERNATIVELY PAY R-1250,00 FOR A TECH TO COME AND CHECK IT I RECORDED A VIDEO AND SUBMITTED THIS TO CHERYL ALL PUMPS CARRY A SUPPLIER WARRANTY AND YET WE WERE TOLD THAT PAYMENT UPFRONT NEEDS TO BE MADE. I REFUSED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT SHOULD BE FREE DUE TO THE WARRNTY COVER IN PLACE. POLY PHOENIX POOLS, WHO WAS PAID HANDSOMELY FOR THIS POOL SAT BACK AND IGNORED THEIR CUSTOMER TOTALLY OUR POOL JUST GOT GREENER AND GREENER AND TO DATE POLY PHOENIX POOLS HAD NEVER STEPPED FOOT ONTO MY PREMISES TO FIX OR HONOUR THE WARRANTY. COMPANIES LIKE THIS WHO GLADY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURN TO HONOUR THEIR AGREEMENT SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY REMAIN IN BUSINESS IF THIS IS WHAT CONSUMERS HAVE TO PUT UP WITH. I ENDED UP FIXING THE PROBLEM MYSELF TWO WEEKS AGO SO THAT THE POOL CAN BE READY FOR THE SEASON AHEAD I NEVER DREAMT THAT I WOULD NEED TO SPEND MONEY ON A NEW POOL THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY. PEOPLE SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT DEALING WITH THEM FOR ANY PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. THERE MAY BE CLIENTS THAT NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS DUE TO THIER EQUIPMENT MAKING IT PAST THE WARRNTY STAGE WITHOUT FAILING AND WERE THE FORTUNATE ONES. BUT BE WARNED, POLY PHOENIX POOLS SHOULD BE STEERED CLEAR OFF. WE HAVE SINCE NOT HEARD A PEEP OUT OF CHERYL OR ANY OTHER MEMBER OF POLY PHOENIX POOLS / FIBRE PRODUCTS POLY PHOENIX POOLS WAS FULLY PAID IMMEDIATELY ON COMPLETION OF WORK AND NO LONGER CARED FOR THIER CLIENT OR AFTER SALES SERVICE. THE QUESTION BEGS, HAS POLY PHOENIX POOLS /FIBRE PRODUCTS BEEN DISHONOURING CLIENTS SINCE 1969???? POLY PHOENIX POOLS, MAY YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS SOON REFLECT IN YOUR BANK BALANCE. WHAT A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS, PEOPLE WHO DOES DECKING OR WORK ALONGSIDE YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE OF THIER PARTNERSHIP WITH YOU.
a delivery that i waited for due to poor service from Snatcher online , was scheduled to be delivered to me yesterday 10/11-2022 as per the tracking which never arrived at my place of business as per the tracking company nobody was available - yet ive been waiting all day. we have people at our company 24 hours a day and yet according to fastnfurious, nobody was available- the lies and deceitfulness is shocking not one manager answers their phones, emails remain unanswered and passage to talk to a director is a no go. ive called 4 times today- and nobody answers, the other two times i spoke to a call centre agent who also was stumbling around the service delivery The name fast n furious is the direct opposite of the actual delivery fast asleep and furiously slow is what they should be called never have i been so unhappy with a courier companies service , and to top it all , a pack of lies to go with it shocking, i would not recommend them to anyone

After many mails and listening store on hello Peter, I still have not had my warranty repair attended to It's time to contact the consumer board
I have been waiting 3 weeks for my fridge which is under warranty to be fixed and to date nobody pitched. I contacted the store at the Mall of Africa and spoke to Charmaine. She told me a team from Cenurion would contact me. To date nobody called. I've sent numerous mails which remain unanswered. So much for after sales service.
Ordered food at 16 30 Called 3 times and eventually spoke to a mamanageress . Called another two times It's now 7pm.. still no food delivered
Liberty life.debited my account for which they were informed over a.month ago that my policy will be.moved to a better service provider This debit has added me to be out of pocket and another debit order to be returned thus incurring bank charges on top of this I've seen almost 3k be debited by ibery wrongfully as well as my new service provider Leaving me with a double debit and short changed. I only recieve automated responses and no concrete fixes or any call back The service at Liberty is deteriorating daily. I will never advise anyone to use them
54000 km ago i bought a Grand I10 feom Hyundai..at its.last service i informed woodmead and Hyundai HQ about a defective battery The negative post was completely losses and thus would not charge. This is to top it all a maintenance free battery. . I dropped it off at the dealership to check tha***** defective and they still refused to pay for a new.battery. The Hyundai wonderful 7 year warranty is all smoke and.mirrors. post sale services are not existent. I still had to pay for a new.battery. the service manager and DP quickly rote off the battery as out of warranty...yet this was not a normal.warranty calim but a defective product The one start rating is unfortunately your minimum and smallest qty to give...wish you had half and quarter stars So much for client service
