It's a shame they even get a courtesy of receiving a start at all. I am being charged on my card, the booking um being charged for is cancelled. When I call them to clarify they tell me I am rude and hang up on me. To even make matters worse, I have paid and even sent the POP straight to them. They still don't wanna assist me. Now I am calling without any answer. I guess that's how they treat their first time clients, Rob them off their hard earned money and start playing cat and mouse.

Supabets has the worst customer services ever. They don't even finish their conversations with a client. Their whatsapp number is the worst. They care more about taking money than assisting people.
Supabets are ****mers. They deduct money from my bank account and never deposit money into my betting account. I tried contacting them several times but their what's line keeps blue ticking me. While their chat agents keep referring back to whatsapp.
I recently opened a business account with fnb. Same day I opened the account. I withdrew money from my broker "fxpro" to my business account. The money was processed on the 18th of April 2023. Today is the 4th of May and I haven't received any money. When I go to the branch, they tell me to call the business desk. The business desk tells me that there's nothing they can do. I wish it was as easy as they say it is to bank with them.
I have been trying to withdraw my money from my account. The site keeps telling me to upload FICA documents which I have sent a couple of times. I fail to understand why I cannot withdraw due to something I have already sent.
I am very disappointed, dissatisfied and very unhappy with what african bank did to me. They put my account on hold without communication. I went to the bank and I was not assisted I was told my bank account is active. Meanwhile the bank account doesn't even allow me to check my balances on the ATM.
