Dissatisfied
I odered a heat water divice what i recieve was shocking the unit leaked water and was send without parts what i did not know at the time when i send back for refund i was told oarts was missing witch i have not even recieved i could have been shocked by dis faulty unit but now they do not want to refund i will never oder anyting again they use companies that doesnt send you what you odered and then doesnt refund

Very expensive product that does not take out any stains very disappointed. Do not buy vanish it does not take out stains.

Sanlam loans department is very unprofessional agents call with kids screaming at the back no people's skills, dont really want to assist, cant understand what they are saying talking no sense, very disappointed

Please, do not use this company, rather borrow money some place else, poor customer service, i have been waiting a month for n number update so i can log into my account, If you call the people dont do their job, The Mangers does not call to sort out your problems, useless

Outsurance is not reliable
I have been with outsurance for 9 years when i claimed "and problems is still not fix buy the way'they put up my excess with more than 100% a month later my premium went up with R600 this is how i was treated as a client of 9years i could not believe this as if i could help the claim, why do we take out insurance helo to jave your property insured if something should happen that is out of your control but no dare to claim and your excess and premium wil go up more than 50persent i am so upset? So think twice before you choose outsurance.
