I’m beyond livid at this point, I’ve never dealt with a company that is so abusive and never assist… I wrote an email to rewardsco, back in July to cancel a policy they sold to me for R159.99, but was given a number to call apparently my policy is with Vuka insurance and the number does not work. Since July I’m trying to cancel this and they still continue to debit my account, mind you this is done on the date we didn’t agree on, on top of this. When I called again on the 25/10/223, AGAIN the number they gave me didn’t work, and apparently no one has a direct number for this Vuka insurance and right now I’m starting to ask myself, what would have happened if I was injured and needed to claim… The lady I spoke to on the phone by the name of Jerusha, said she cancelled this which is not true as the debit order is still active. This is pure abuse and incompetence, if you get a chance, don’t ever take anything from them.

I am so unhappy with African bank direct sales consultants, after trying for over 2 days to get through to African bank as I am full time worker and does not get time to go to the Branch, they disconnected my call then again put me on hold til I ran out of call credit, I spoke to tswarelo who disconnected my call without assisting me with anything, then got through to Timothy who showed he wanted to assist but then put me on hold till I couldn't wait no more... I guess I have to got to the branch... I regret wasting my time with these two and will definitely be calling to complain and if not dealt with, ombudsman it is...
Last week Monday the 23rd of August, I had a charge on my bank card written UBEREATS, with panic and worry I raised a case with ubereats and in no time I had an email from them confirming the account the charge was made from, BIGUPS TO UBEREATS #WIN
Telkom is the worst service provider I've had to deal with. I've had a contract with MTN for the past 2 years and never have I experienced, firstly ridiculous prices and a ****y network. Today my daughter had a near to death situation, and I could not get help all because telkom decided not send a debit through to my bank and there after suspended my services, it okay to stop the benefits but why suspend the card. If it was not for a good samaritan, my daughter would be dead now. Um not even 6 months into the contract with them and truth is um fed up.
