I should have checked Hellopeter before contacting Frank. He has a website called Repairtech / Appliance Repair Technicians in Cape Town but also owns Cool Cat Refrigeration. He charged more than R4k to repair my oven and stove and when he was at my house he and his colleague dropped it on the floor, smashing the front panel of the oven. He insisted on full payment before leaving the house - promising he would come back with a replacement panel. Instead he has stopped responding to my messages and still my oven remains broken. AVOID !!! Reading other reviews online it seems that he does this often and does not offer any professional service.

Experian have my ex husbands name in my profile! I never took his name when we were married - I always retained my own surname and my passport and ID reflects that. I have also divorced him years ago and yet Experian has me as Mrs Wrongname. I have written to them ,sent evidence and I get no responses whatsoever. Misogynistic nonsense

It is a dating website for SAs but they make you pay before really checking it out - and you are asked to pay for 6 months in advance! And then when I realised it was poor quality and no decent people on there, and asked for a refund a few days later they said Sorry no cooling off period - all at your own risk. Avoid
Every. Single. Time I try and access to access to the website I can never get in. They need to get a proper tech team to do a UX user experience. They have 3 steps to log in. I applied for an account at their Constantia branch and was told I needed to supply 3 months bank statements. Their credit department then ran 3 credit checks against my account and now my Clearscore rating has plummeted. It states that I applied for credit 3 times recently and was turned down when in fact their incompetent credit department ran the single application three times. Im keeping my number and moving over to MTN because I am so cross
They sell good products but zero customer services. No responses to my emails, or when I get the rare email it is abrupt and dismissive. I will be looking for new suppliers of my products.
SACAP puts pressure on architects to be at the top of their game and make it difficult to become a member. We are monitored closely to ensure that we never make a mistake. However, they are appallingly unprofessional. Hard to believe that they represent us at all. When I call the office they don't even answer the phone as well at the receptionist at my local car dealership. It is like phoning the chip shop - a dull "hello". I have sent numerous emails for a year now and each time I get sent an utterly non-sensical response which has nothing to do with my query. The law dictates that we cannot practise unless we are registered but being registered and staying registered seems impossible. The twitter feed is riddled with spelling mistakes and does not engage with members - just strange impersonal press releases. I have elevated my queries to the highest level and still no closer to getting any sort of resolution. They claim that they are elevating the association to international standards but having worked in many countries around the world (including 3rd world countries) and this is by far the most unprofessional and incompetent. The other thing is that they do not employ any architects so how do they know what the standards are? Each person I have managed to speak to has just been an administrator, a tick-boxer. No ability to respond to queries which are non-standard.
