Someone at MTN took a contract on my behalf, I don’t know how they did it. I received messages and I’ve sent the ***** department an email and even called but they said there was nothing on the system indicating any sim swap. First debit order went through and I didn’t notice it, I only notice on the second one and had to reverse it. Now my credit score is ruined because of all this *****ulent ****.
I have indicated to the agent who assisted me switch from my previous insurance that courtesy car is important , I’m only learning now when I’m claiming that it’s not included, the policy documents where not sent immediately after by the time they came they had errors and went on to fix them, only to my surprise some information changed.I’ve been waiting for the voice record no one is saying anything, no one at the complaints is responding to my emails the whole situation is frustrating.
I was at Modimolle branch to get a settlement letter and they requested to do an estimate, which from my previous experience with them I’ve done it and it was reflecting on my credit score affecting it negatively. This time I refused to get an estimate and they said according to their operations I can’t get my settlement letter. I’m so angry and confused because all they care about it’s their processes not considering us as individuals.
It’s has been rough 2weeks,I have have a downgrade and paid, but the person who was assisting me couldn’t do it properly. Now I’m being taken from pilar to post. I held their call for more than a hour without assistance. They promised to call me back till today they have never called nor connected my TV. The attitude of the teller at Ster radio (multichoice) Modimolle was so bad and she didn’t bother to call anyone for second opinion if it’s possible to reconnect me.
The panelbeater broke my car keys in June and the manager promised to fix it and promised me that he had put through an order of the outer put of the keys, I made a follow up with them around August 2021 and they said the order of the outer parts of the key is not yet delivered. And I visited the Bradburys panelbeaters in October to follow up and the manager said I should come he will call me. Till today they have never called nor fix my car keys, now my spare keys is not working properly and when I call they take me from pillar to post. I really need my car keys to be fixed.
I have taken the cartesy car on my cover and it is supposed to cover me for 30days in case of emergency, the sales person who assisted me seems to have forgotten to include it and the recording says it clear that i requested for the car.now they only provided for 15days and the panel beater is still waiting for parts when I requested for extension they refused without any reason.....and they is no one helping,
