Hi there Bought Retinol at Dischem Jacaranda, when I opened the box now, it is empty! Not even wet!!!!!!! I am extremely upset! And now shop is closed and tomorrow and going away for the weekend!!!!! Tried to whatsapp my complaint about Vodacom, and as soon as I put down the cimplaint it tells me session has ended start again with Hi After 2 times of copy and paste and still no joy, I came to web
Asked to cancel my number for my contract is coming to end, instead they cancelled my son's number!!!! Try to rectify on Saturday, Vodacom's mistake just to find out today both numbers now are cancelled!! Ans this after I spoke to Thabeka and Wanda and Lindiwe. Then they still ask me why I want to cancel gmf! 😡
After 6months with them I finally could just not wait to run away. The unprofessionalism and false advertising is such a disgrace and they act as if it's my fault. Even with my cancellation they still debit me! And now what a hassle to get a refund! Seriously I just want a divorce from them. Communication is a zero and honouring my request to phone in my lunchtime is a joke. I just had it!
After many phonecalls of cancelling my kid's numbers for did not want to extend their contracts and the guy said they'll do investigation and did call me to let me know the investigation was done and apology and those two will stop and I will be reimbursed. Now to get my invoice and they still reflect!! I am so frustrated with Vodacom for not being honest! I want out!! Naomi de Bruin
Asked to stop my kids numbers for the contract was finished and I asked to give my last month notice but AGAIN the Vodacom guy on the other side of the telephone 📞 updated instead of cancelling the two numbers, and this after I repeated what we are going to do that these two numbers stops he promised me yes. Just to find out now by my son that his vodacom is still going on. I called 135 and spoke to Jacques and told him that I was *****ed again and this is not on! These numbers is asked to stop NOT upgrade. I was a loyal customer for more than 20years, but I am soooooo dissatisfied and disappointed I don't want anything to do with Vodacom anymore. My husband is furious and says he simply just won't pay anymore, he is absolutely digusted in Vodacom for not honouring their word.... Naomi de Bruin

Lianka Venter called me just now. Asking if she can just check my details. Very professional, friendly all in English, she overheard me talking to my husband in Afrikaans and instantly switched over to Afrikaans! Wow! Love that! We checked my policy and changed work address and she offered me a upgrade on my 3rd party car policy,explaining all options and listening to me and my husband's conversation on the speakerphone she had compassion for our 'getting back on our feet after setbacks' and said 'hold on' she came back with a comprehensive car insurance,excess incl better offer that we could afford. Wow! My birthday was Blessed with this lady being so friendly and helpful,trying to make me feel like a queen and she succeeded 🙌 We've been with King Price for many years and the set back times they still carried us on their hands. Thank you Lianka Venter and thank you Kind Price for employing such compassionate people! She deserves a happy meal and a bitcoin raise in her salary!! I MEAN IT! Happy queen Naomi de Bruin
On 15 January 2021 i signed up at World of health and fitness with my daughter and son. We had a six month contract. The gym closed down on in April 2021. My contract only had a two month term left. World of health informed us that the gym company has taken us over and bought these contracts. However this is not true. When the gym closed my contract expired. The gym company is now still debating us for a service we are not using. Idont want to gym at the gym company. My contract is way over the expired period. why are they taking my money? I am seeking legal assistance with regards to this because yhe back story of how our names ended up at the gym company is musch worse!
