Delay on collecting
These people have been rescheduled on collecting their parcel for a week now I don’t know what must I do now in order for them to come and collect it

Disappointed with takealot 🚮
After shopping at takealot for so long, today they are declining the return because I misplaced the cover of the box. I bought shoes only to find that the size is big and they don’t have a smaller size. I’m now stacked with the shoes😔

Poor service those one, too many dogy service with Vw dealership. You tell them one thing they do other thing. If they really associated with wesbank then I’m disappointed 😢

Those people just want to conclude a sale when you buy a car from them, when you want to buy a car, go to the bank and do the application for car finance straight at the bank. Buying a car through finance is a decision that will affect your finances for few coming years roughly 72 months. Be smart don’t be fooled by these dealerships

I was offered to upgrade a contract, on the time when I agreed to upgrade it I was offered a very good package and I accepted it. But when I get the data only to find that it wasn’t what I was offered.. I phoned about it then I was told that the recording between me and the consultant is requested and they will phone me once it’s received.. till today I’m on a package that I never agreed to.. and no one is phoning me regarding my concern

Bidvest Insurance is a Scam
These people cannot be trusted. I submitted a claim 2021 and no one was willing to assist me. After I have rated their service on HalloPeter for a day I was taken seriously and I was told that my claim is completed and they have paid what is required but the never did. I confirmed with the company that was supposed to receive the funds and they told me that they never received money they even sent me a transaction history for confirmation

Poor customer service
I had this insurance on my previous car. Before accepting it I was told that if my car got stolen or hijacked or being written of on the accident they will pay R10000 if I buy another car within 3 months from the approved McCarthy dealership. I was involved in accident last year 2021 October and the car was written off. I bought another car from the approved McCarthy dealership. I submitted a claim immediately after buying my car. Until today they have not paid that loyalty. Every time I phone them it’s like we just started the process. They ask me to send some documents but I have sent those documents more than three times now.
