I don't know if anybody else is having this problem with this place and to me it seems as if they do it on purpose this is the third time that they suspended my connection and the kicker is that they do not debit my wife's account as she set up debit order from day one and they are too *********** to run the debit order then this time of the month they just cut they connection stating that we are overdue my wife spoke to Courtney Roypen on all the above mentioned occasions and she confirmed that the debit order is active yet they do not run the debit and at the same time inconveniences our lives and we have two kids under the age of 13 so imagine that now they want to tell us we need to make payment to re-connect we don't sit and watch our banking apps all day everyday to see how much debits went off i doubt anybody does it for that matter yet all our other debits goes through every month no hassles or problem yet every month in the middle of the month this "company" makes their incompetence our problem i dont sleep on a pot of gold to just stick my hand in and take out some money when i need so now for the rest of the month my house is dead can't do anything watch anything read anything my kids can't watch their shows can't do homework my wife can't do her job as she works from home
Hi everyone i am being constantly harresed by debt collectors appointed by cobol finance for an account that has been PRESCRIBED for almost 7-8 years at which at the time of my retrenchment at the company i was employed at the time i have forwarded my relevant paperwork to COBOL and did not receive any form of contact from Cobol up until last year at about this time of the year from MDC debt collectors ( Who is a company that buys PRESCRIBED debt from companies and ILLEGALLY try to collect money from accounts that is not even listed on any bureau) and have told them on various occasions that what they are doing is ILLEGAL not that it stopped them from sending me countless emails and sms's along with phoning me up to 5 times a day basically trying to force me to make a payment and some of the agents even getting rude and having massive attitudes when you lay the law in front of them... Now i am getting harresed by a company called JER 31AND ASSOCIATES RECOVERIES for payment which i am not liable for as the debt is prescribed i am going to report COBOL FINANCE along with JER 31 AND ASSOCIATES to the CBA OMBITSMAN if the harresment of the ILLEGAL act of trying to collect payment for debt that according to the CBASA does not exist hence not being listed on any BUREAU of S.A
I have had it with these ****s i have warned them via phone call if they bother me again i am going to report them to the NCR i have stated to them that they are illegally buying prescribed debt and then try to collect on it ILLEGALLY now they have decided to plague me with sms and emails on an account that is supposed to be settled/prescribed more than 6 years ago where is the NCR in all of this my spouse works for the CBA and she is burning to get hold of them but when we try calling their offices you only get hold of a automated machine telling you that due to covert their staff works from home amazingly enough they can call you from working from home but their switchboard can connect you to an agent to speak to as i know alot of my friends and family including my wife still works from home yet they can receive calls via their switchboard if this ****s do not stop harassing me i am going to lay a case of harassment at the police and also with NCR and im not going to call the NCR i am going directly to the offices with all my paperwork of the prescription and harassment mails and phone calls and sms'
Its been almost two weeks and MTN nor their Collectors has even bothered to contact me or update my bureau... I guess that's what MTN is all about
Hi i am so livid at this company last year about june/july i got a contract with MTN then round about September to October i was on short time working maybe three days a month which for obvious reasons my account went into areas by three months but that is not the big thing for all the time not once has MTN tried to debit my account to try and furthermore not once have they tried to contact me to find out what was wrong that I was not able to pay my account... Roughly about three months ago i heard my manager speaking on his phone telling the person that he was not Thomas and i asked him who it was he said its somebody from CSS collectors i spoke to the guy gave him MY PHONE NUMBER which he did not get from MTN and that's when i found out that my account was handed over and this like i said without anyone from MTN contacting me nor debiting my account i have settled the outstanding amount about two months ago with CSS Credit Solutions and last week when i checked my bureau my the account shows default and the full outstanding amount is still showing as if i did not make any payments yet i received a PAID UP letter from the collectors which after almost an hour of trying to get through to MTN offices on that useless 083 135 number that puts you in a loop over and over you never get to speak to any agent i got hold of one named Lesego Tsele at MTN and found out that Their collectors named CSS has not updated my account with MTN which is their duty as they are they collectors i then emailed the PAID UP letter to Lesego Tsele last week as my mail shows this morning 8 days ago i sent him a mail yesterday as well to find out what is happening because my bureau is now showing negative because of this i mean i settled this like i said almost two months ago and it still says i owe the full amount and yet no one from MTN has contacted me to let me know what is happening now i have to sit with this on my credit bureau is that fair i am going to contact the NCR today because they got their money and they don't care any further about their client
So today after almost a month of waiting for PnP to refund me my money after a horrid experience up until now nothing from PnP after they sent me a long apology in a PRIVATE response on this forum they now blatantly refusing to refund my money claiming and insisting that i have received the goods at HOME while i was AT WORK at the same time i must have the ability to TELEPORT without me knowing and of which i have confirmation of cancelation and notice of refund being processed via email and also i need to see where i signed for the recieved goods as they claim that i have so basically they are saying that i am a thief and a fraudster/scammer so now i have legal rights to take them to court for deformation thanks PnP
Hi everyone i would just like to share about how frustrated i am with the PnP ASAP APP firstly i am a regular PnP customer i enjoy shopping at the stores it has everything i ( my lovely wife) needs and wants so we shop at mainly PnP milnerton (centre point) routinely but this week i have had a very frustrating time with their incompatent app (ASAP) so here we go on sunday evening at about 18:30 pm i ordered supper on the app i went through the list and ordered a few items for supper for my family along with some snacks for my kids for my kids for school for the week everything went well until i tapped on check out the due amount went off from my account recieved the notification from my bank that the money has been deducted from my account all good and well then it went to the next page and which read we are busy pulling your order then while the screen was saying (we are busy pulling your order i noticed at the bottom of the screen that it read (delivery between 9-10am tomorrow i went crazy on the app trying to find a cancel option to no avail i i then tried changing the store seeing that the store that the app just randomly selected based on my gps location milnerton was closed no option for that either i tried calling customer care when the robot guy first says "we are experiencing high call volumes please be patient walks you through all the options just so that another robot can tell me their operating hours is between 8am and 5pm so they start out lying and decieving you on the customer care robot man we are experiening high call volumes when your office is closed secondly they first take your money then tell you eish sorry we are closef we will deliver tomorrow when myself and wifey is at work and kids are at school seriously??? no option to cancel or change or select store i phoned them on monday morning at 8am to cancel the order because i was forced to go and spend more money so that my family could eat and my kids are sorted for school did not get hold of them eventually wifey called got hold of them my wife told my they canceled it not even 15 mins later the delivery guy calls me for my adress i mean seriously ??? anyway today my wife calls me at work telling she just recieved a notification on the app saying the order has been succesfully canceled and i still have not recieved my refund but they were quick to take the money from my account are you serious right now?? so this is my frustration the fact that i have to wait for my refund because their APP is incompatent now my family has to labour but they were fast to TAKE the money but not as fast to give it back which tells me with the fact that they only sent the confirmation of cancelation today after i contacted them on monday tells me that i am going to have to wait another week for my refund if im lucky seeing that it takes 3-7 working days for a refund to be procesed i am so ****ed off honestly i mean if i order on Mr'D or Uber eats i can choose which resturant and if i am not happy or the order takes too long i can cancel immediatlly and 2minutes later my money is back in my account because they dont take your money until your order has been delivered and recieved by you but PnP ASAP no we will first take your money then tell you aaw well we ard closed we will come deliver your supper for breakfast at your house while you are at work how does that work and by the way if they decide to use any of the above mentioned examples on how to improve their app i will sue them for taking my proposels because they dont have it on their app because like i said i had a frustrating week because of them
hi my name is Thomas Lewin I would just like to say how disgusted I am with the call centre agent named (Vushi) if memory serves. yesterday morning at 8:05 am I received a call from the forementioned agent about my identity account that is in overdue. I had made arrangements In lastweek to make a payment the weekend that past which I did not as I did not receive my wages and therefore couldn't pay the account and that has been the case for the past 2-3 months as I do not work for a big company business has slowed down drastically and I am not receiving my wages on time and or at all as I do not work full shifts which I explained to the agent. upon me explaining the situation to the the agent he decided to challenge me and have a attitude towards me telling me I must pay my account and I need to make a plan which I then replied that it's not that I don't want to pay the account but that I simply can't at this current moment and that we are in a pandemic and businesses are not doing aswell that is the reality on which his response to me was well the reality is I have to pay my account and I again told him that I want to because I don't want a negative score on my credit but I really can't at this moment as soon as I get some money I will go make a payment to which his response was so are you telling me that you have been working for free since September because I haven't paid since September. that is when I lost my temper and went off at him and told him he does not know my situation and yes I have been working for free atleast I still have a job to go to other people is. it as lucky anymore and he still went on further to challenge me at which time I dropped the call on my side and now they are starting to call my manager to discuss my personal business with him are they not complying with the popia act I am really disgusted by the service I recieved its like identity does not train their staff accordingly and I am going to contact the NCRS about this incedent aswell
Hi this is not directed at one specific company this is for various companies including southern finance, clientele, and a few more that I can't get to from the top of my head I would just like clarification on the new and improved popia act because I get 5-6 calls from a computer per day wanting to sell something to me and if you block the number they just call you from a different number by simply just changing the last digit of the number that you blocked and the same goes for sms's whole day everyday and it is highly annoying so I just want clarification on the law because I did not give my information to any of these companies but yet 8 get calls and sms's all day long how do I make it stop because I don't have time and simply don't want calls from f#*@!"NG robots and bombarded with sms's from these places I am seriously ticked off can somebody please advise me on how to make them stop but not just for me they need to stop entirely because as far as I know the are breaking the the law blatantly
Once again this people stole money out of my account and i am going to the police and lay a charge of theft last month they did the same thing and their office was quick to call me with all apologies and promised that it will never happen again geuss what they LIED
