I reported a *****ulent case that was committed on my credit card late December. I’m disappointed that it’s almost a month and there’s no update nor me resolution of my case .
I’m disappointed in non responsiveness of Nedbank. I called in 2 days ago to close my credit card and they promised that someone will call me to finalise the process. I still haven’t got a call and I followed up today and I couldn’t do through the credit closing department. I’m worried that their delay to close the account is costing me unnecessary bank charges. It’s easy for these banks to give us credit and it’s a mission to close the account
I ask Sanlam for a review on my policy and I have been sent from pillar to post. Eventually I got someone who promised that I’ll get a call from someone to assist me . I still haven’t gotten any response from Sanlam and I’m frustrated because I want to urgently review my policy
I am so unimpressed with Discovery Health service at their call centre. I waited for 15 minutes without anybody answering the call. That’s a long time to wait for assistance
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude about the outstanding service I received from them when I had an accident claim. My claim was approved within few hours after the assessment. They ensured that I get regular updates regarding my vehicle repairs. They even assisted me to recoup the excess from the driver who bumped me. I’ll continue to be loyal to them because they are there for me when I need them most.
I’m very disappointed in Avis. I’ve just realised that they gave me a car that is due for oil service in 900 kilometres. That’s a serious inconvenience because I have to have another arrangement to get another car
I was so blown away by the outstanding service I got from consultant Nomaefese. I had problems with streaming and I was technologically challenged and she was so patient with me patiently taking me through the process until I was able to resolve the problem. She’s definitely one of a kind.
I was so disappointed how shabbily did the wig look like. It was a huge disappointment from what was advertised in their website pictures . It looks like an old wig. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ll never buy from them again.
The fibre has been down the whole day and when I reported I was told that the estimated turnaround time is few days. I was promised that they will send a technician the following day. This is unacceptable we cannot do without a functional WiFi.
I expected a delivery today and I specifically asked that the delivery be made before 14h00. Such delivery was never made. Someone called me later that they were on the way and no one arrived. I called Makro in Carnival they’re not even taking calls. I’m very disappointed in Makro Carnival about this
