If I could give GAME Online ZERO stars, I would — bold, underlined, and highlighted. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. GAME’s online store and contact centre are completely useless. They take your money instantly, but when it comes to actually delivering what you paid for, they disappear. Two weeks of waiting for a fridge, two weeks of empty promises, and two weeks of dealing with a support system that has no urgency, no follow-through, and no accountability. What makes it even worse is that GAME continues to use Wumdrop — a courier company that has proven to be unreliable, dishonest, and full of conflicting stories. GAME still partners with them, making them complicit in the chaos and incompetence. If your courier is failing customers repeatedly, and you still choose to work with them, then you clearly don’t value your customers or their hard-earned money. Their contact centre is another story altogether — long waits, vague answers, no real updates, and zero ownership of the issue. Every call feels like being pushed around in circles with no resolution. To anyone thinking of buying online from GAME: DON’T. Do not trust them with your time, your order, or your precious money. You will only end up frustrated, disappointed, and without the product you paid for. GAME Online has shown me one thing clearly: They deserve a ZERO — absolutely nothing more.
If I could give Wumdrop zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been the worst courier experience I have ever had, and I need to warn anyone considering using them. I waited two full weeks for a fridge I ordered from Game, and Wumdrop never delivered it. Instead, I was fed a series of lies and excuses: The driver falsely claimed they called me and that I refused the delivery. What makes it even more ridiculous is that they said a “she” refused the order — I am male, and no one contacted me at all. Today, Game contacted me again with yet another unbelievable story — that the Wumdrop driver was “hijacked” while delivering my order. At this point it’s clear these are just more contradictory stories to cover up their incompetence. Wumdrop has shown zero honesty, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. Their behaviour feels deceptive, and I strongly believe customers should avoid this courier at all costs. Because of this experience, I also strongly advise people not to order anything online from Game if Wumdrop is involved — you will regret it. Wumdrop has wasted my time, misled me, and failed to deliver my product. This company should not be trusted with anyone’s goods.
