Order was done on the 28th of April and after alot of phone calls where everytime they inform me that the my parcel has been send. today when i phone the parcel was send from East London to Port Elizabeth. I am staying in Fort Beaufort. This is not acceptable every time I phone there is excuses.
Every time I go to KFC in Fort Beaufort and place an order for Largr pops they do not have the springkels to put over the pops. But we are paying the same price. This realy very bad.
How many people does it take to do something, i have emailes twice made hunderd calls and still nothing, everyone say the same thing but nothing is happening. Very very very bad service. Still my problem not resolved 4 weeks now.
Order from Fort Beaufort Branch an winter flat sheet from Queestown Branch it is 4 week now. Today they say they have not receive it yet and cannot phone because of network. She told me winter stock is going out. Very bad service. I brought hole new bedding there and cannot use is waiting for flat sheet.
Delivery of upgrade phone. FOR 3 DAYS in an row I get sms saying phone will be delivered, but no delivery. Phone cell c they say there is notes made that I was not there. I am working from 8 to 5 was waiting outside work for 3 days in a row but no courier. So I wonder where is my phone. Phonening cell c does help at all.
I haven an account with African Bank and got an settlement amount in March2021 on the 8/3/2021 I have paid this account through Absa Bank with and EFT and I have making enquiries about this payment that they cannot found. Till today they say they cannot find this payment, How is this possible . I can not get anyone that will go out of there way to assist me. I have ask to me to an Manager but no reply.
