Experience tonight - Total Garage Mooikloof Pretoria has no regard for consumers. I took a product on the shelf and got to the cashier only to found out price is different when they scanned, the cashier refused to sell it at the price on the shelf. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer based on the CPA, I would not recommend buying here at all.
This was my first and last time using this airline. Flight was late and then the disembarking at the destination took forever as only one exit was being used which was not communicated at all when we landed.
Efficient and clear information was shared. I am also happy with the new app interface
Waiting time and shortage of doctors on casualty is quite worrisome. I might as well have went to a public hospital because this is not on.
Awful service from the receptionist whose name is Jennet today at StayEast Pretoria. Would not recommend.
I am a regular customer here as I live around the area here in Rosebank, and I would like to say that this thing of the loyalty points machine not working every time there is load shedding is quite frustrating. I just went there to claim my free coffee and I was told that I can’t because of load shedding. Load shedding is basically a norm in SA so you can’t tell me that you guys can’t find a way around this. Your competitors such as Seattle Coffe do not have this issue. Please do better else you’ll lose loyal customers

I am currently at the Jozi Gin in Morningside, Sandton. We were made to pay an entrance fee of R150.00 per person which was mentioned nowhere on their website. This is absolutely appalling and I plan to never return to this establishment in future.
I lodged a complaint on Tuesday this week regarding one of their products that I had bought on Monday at their Rosebank Mall store via Twitter DM. I sent a picture of the product which were spoilt mandarins and they then asked for further information of the product and my contact details. I sent everything to them and they said they will get back to me. After no response, I sent an email to their customer services department and I still haven't gotten a response. I am not sure what I am meant to do at this point and I am considering not purchasing from them ever again
I regularly buy the 10 GB data but at this point, I feel like I am wasting my money because the connection is so bad and I never get to fully utilize it. My WhatsApp calls are always disconnecting and the internet is super slow. What is going on? Vodacom is just expensive for mahala
