I want to buy tickets for the Calabash show but I'm partially visual impaired, so I need to find out where I will be seated as well as my guide. But on the website there is nowhere that we can enquire about these little things that stress us disabled people out. Please help!!!
The R19 promotion is not so straight forward. I placed my order on the 29th Dec 22, finally after lots of queries it was installed last week in Jan 23. The R249 was deducted and now the R549. When I enquiry about the R19 for first month, I was told... firstly it was a signing up fee. When I send a screen shot of their promotion I was then told the R19 was for the first month, calendar month, they delayed my order for nearly a month, then charged me the full amount and gave me 2 different versions of their promotion.
Customer service is so poor, been trying since the 29th Dec to get internet. Got a order number but they never placed it on frogfoot. Then I tried to get a response from them for 3 days and when faeesha, one of their agents finally answer, she totally ignored my questions and a half hour later after repeating myself my data was finished and I'm tired of trying to get any service or answers from her And no, they don't deserve even one star
My credit card got a cash finance charge as well as a finance charge, on the same transactions. So I pay double interest on my balance. What must I do?
I canceled my medihelp membership but the debit order was still deducted. I've been trying since the 2nd to get fnb to reverse it. I've lodge 4 disputes spend countless time on their secure chat just to be cut of time after time. Now finally they respond with this.
I canceled my memberahip in June but they still deducted my subscription in July. 5 days later and no one returns my emails or calls. Try to stop it at fnb, lodge 2 complains, nothing as well. Are customer setvice really so bad in sa?
They did not pay one of my doctor's fees, last year they did but not this year and I did not change my plan. 5 days ago I asked why not via email to their customer service. 2 days ago I send a second request. No reply
On the 30 the September I requested a settlement balance after the debit order was deducted. Note this is a interest bearing account, so I'm paying interest for every day that there's an amount outstanding. They only reply on the 5th of October, giving me an amount that I'm not sure off. The same-day I requested a summary of the amounts. Today is the 12th, I have requested the summary now 7 times, no luck. I now have cancel the debit order with them (Game RCS) and my bank. I'm fed up with customer care services that doesn't help and then I have to pay interest etc for their mistakes
