Absolutely disgusting service they make u sign up, take your money and dont contact you afterwards. Its more than a month since I signed up with them and I haven't received my membership card or anything. I have emailed them numerous times and have tried theur WhatsApp number but theu seem so unreachable. I had an emergency this week and was not even able to use what I am paying for!!!!! No one should have to go through this!!!!!
Extremely terrible its been two months i have submitted documents for a refund and ther hasnt been one niw they say i havent sent my documents how pathetic!
Its been 2 weeks now since i requested a refund they are nothing but a bunch of theives they take your money and if u need a refund they don get back to you! Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!
Absolutely pathetic service! They have debited an account that was not authorized by the owner today! This account was once used to make one payment on my behalf and after months and months of debiting me they suddenly decided to debit this account. Isn't this ******* if the account holder hasn't authorized it. That want my money so I'm taking this up because I want that refund done and I will settle payments from my account! Can someone please help me regarding this because I'm not going to keep queit!
Everyone should be aware that this company service delivery and customer service is pathetic. They have taken my money in the 7th of March for a TV which has not been delivered yet neither is there and ETA as yet with numerous attempts to contact them there still hasn't been any feedback or delivery. I am so frustrated at them. If they don't have stock how dare they advertise a product!
Very very poor customer service I have been waiting for 2 weeks after payment and not sign of my order. The agent helped me so much but just to get the commission after I had been verified he doesn't want to help and keeps saying it's the courier company's job to contact he doesn't work for them. Till date no communication from rentoza they just say to check my shipping tab which give no information. I am so frustrated about this and the money has been already paid. Look like by the time I get my order I will be up for the next debit seriously pathetic customer service.
Terrible terrible service!!!!!! They made me wait 2years and still no claim done!!!!! I'm Goin to cancel my policy with them
I had a very unpleasant experience with king price sales consultant Peter Dikgale. He did great ground work ensuring I understood the what I was paying for but after taking my policy I immediately had to change some details regarding my policy and could not reach him at all. Eventually after 3 days he called me back and he was very unhelpful and very uncomfortable to even try to help me hi one of voice was not good regardless that it was not his department his attitude was terrible. Regretful to have dealt with this consultant. Companies are not just sales they are after service as well.
