Worse service ever! They make a mistake and send the wrong phone on the wrong package and then the customer gets treated like the idiot and has to wait 7 days for them to come pick up their mistake and then you have to apply again!!!!!!! Wont recommend anybody to go to Cell C
Very bad quality and service. The matress we bought has no support, when we complained we get the run around, they cant inspect the mattress because of the pandemic, we all have to carry on with business.
Very bad quality furniture, we bought couches with a 10 year guatantee, it has broken twice. Their headboards come with a one year guarantee, after 2 years the wood dry out and cracks. Then they just respond with "Sorry" Takes them a week to reply on a email. Will not recommend anybody to buy from them if you want furniture that lasts.
Very bad service in terms of time, waiting and waiting. Then they charge an extra R210.55 above the normal consultation because it was an "unscheduled emergency" but they are an emergency practice!! Will never go there again.
