Incorrect items were sent, my order was for a totally different item, and they replaced it with a cheap battery-operated ******* item. As the original item I ordered was non-refundable I have no way of returning the incorrect item for a refund or CORRECT replacement. TAKEALOT DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL, FACEBOOK, OR TWITTER with regards to this *****ULENT product advertising and business practice.
Absolutely the most depressing service ever, No internet connection. no service, no way to contact someone to actually get help. Every time load shedding happens after power returns no internet service. Because there is no alternative fiber service in our area is that an excuse to give this shoddy service or is it just the South African way?
Once again I need to return to a public platform as the service from Truworths is as ever non existant. I want my account closed, I don't want continued calls to offer me a credit increase. someone please read this .... it is plain straighforward English. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ! CLOSE IT TODAY! HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS. OR are you perhaps trying to keep this account open so someone else can make use of it and I have to foot the bills? Truworths you are the worst of the worst.
I want a full and final settlement amount from them, and all they do is send old statements, these statements do not reflect latest charges or payments. They are unable to send me the info I am fully entitled to! What incompetent, unhelpful, rude and unprofessional staff. I must wait 3 days for a settlement letter, yet if you in arrears they can immediately tell you what amount you last paid on what date and how much you need to pay them at that moment. Now all of a sudden they are unable to do this? I must wait? I do not want to deal with this company any longer and ONLY want to settle my account, yet they can't tell me a detailed amount to settle. PATHETIC
Great company to do business with, online service great, fast and efficient. My orders are processed immediately after I place them and today's order was processes and delivered with in a few hours. WOW!

This company supposedly sells medical supplies or so they advertise. First time online buyer from them, I placed an order to which they IMMEDIATELY responded with a quote and a request for payment. I made the payment and in a very short time received an invoice reflecting my payment. That was over a week ago, no delivery, no correspondence, nothing! No response to my correspondence either. From others that seem to be in the same boat as me, makes me believe this is may be an online scam.
I can to an extent tolerate late deliveries or the very frustrating products showing available that aren't. What I won't tolerate is tampering with my products and theft. A quick check through my items showed products were all there until I opened the box of Bioplus sachets. A box should contain 12 sachets and there were only 8. The bottom of the box clearly tampered with. No response from Sixty60. Don't trust this service!
