Horrible company wouldn't recommend to anyone, the company does not make an effort to communicate, they do not have a sense of urgency either. I have been waiting for two weeks now for my delivery, they keep setting dates, cancelling and reschedule, I regret doing business with Rochester, would not recommend it to anyone
The company service rendered by the consultants is horrible, I am shocked that this company does not have a turnaround time, I spoke to Danielle who was rude, failed to acknowledge my frustrations and further refused to give a turnaround time for the processing of applications
This company takes time to respond to incidents, there is no sense of urgency at all. I called Saturday it is Sunday today and am still waiting for feedback from the recovery unit, I followed up with Andile Cindi who was unhelpful and refused to assist me, his excuse was they are still waiting to confirm with SAPS. I want to cancel my policy, I cannot continue paying a company that is refusing to assist me.
I have been getting calls from this company regarding an accident and staff is rude and disrespectful!
Received a horrible service from a Nedbank service agent by the name of Jabulilie Tshabalala, she refused to assist me and provide information on my home loan account, even after I had been successfully authenticated, I was not surprised though did not expect much from Nedbank either way, horrible company wish I could move my home loan to another bank

Rude salespeople, no accountability from the company, would not adivse anyone to get a quote, let alone a policy with Auto and General.
I was shocked to find out that Auto-General hires immigrants in non-scarce occupations like sales positions, to say that the agent who assisted me with my quote was rude is an understatement, it was also shocking to find out that his Zimbabwean, SA has the highest unemployment rate in the world yet companies like Auto & General openly import skills that are not scarce in SA
Horrible service, no accountability from the agents even the managers, Jabu Mlangeni was supposed to have sent a release note on Friday for me to fetch my vehicle from the MiWay assessment centre, however by Monday today he still had not sent it, when I called to enquire, he could not provide an explanation as to why he had not sent me the release note. I requested to speak to his manager Kayshnie Shunmugam who showed no remorse or accountability didn't even apologise, horrible company, they will change things mid claim, refuse to provide telephone recordings, they are ******ing me of my claim money, I will be reporting this to the ombudsman
Horrible experience I had at Bathroom Bizarre wouldn't recommend anyone to buy items at this store, to return an item in this store is impossible you will not get your money back. I was sent from pillar to post sent from Celetse the customer complaints manager to Florence Raplabala who is the branch manager at Four Ways and am still not assisted.
