The rating should be minus. Poor service. Unhelpful customer service staff. Do not offer clear explanations to the customer. I felt as if I was being scammed. Staff need more training. I felt that they were dishonest in their communication about the changing of the flight date
IF THERE WAS A MINUS RATING. THEY DESERVE IT. Horrible service. Dishonest business. No business Ethics. Wanted to change a flight. Booking Reference: ZA10581691. they sent a quote, with higher fares. the airline- Qatar does not even charge those fares. Then I spoke to Vuyo, a racist and arrogant female, that should never be allowed to talk to customers. Who began to lecture me, in the fact that I clearly cannot read and understand the email. She then said that I was being condescending when I could not understand what she was saying. She treated me like an ignorant customer. Wow, that's why South African companies fail- No customer service, no customer ethics, and arrogant staff, who treat "paying customers like dirt" Please stay away from Travel start. No where in the documents, do they disclose that the customer will never get money back even though the flights are much cheaper.. They always win...
city lodge group, with its Road Lodge division- are scammers. I made a booking via Hotels.com and then RL Bloemfontein calls 2 hours before checkin & cancels. Now both Hotels.com & RL Bloemfontein- joint scammers, refuse to refund the money. 8 Calls to both entities, and they have still not bothered to find a solution. RL Lodge will not even take the calls of Hotels.com or me. They says send an email, but refuse to give the email address

SANTAM IS A COMPLETE SELL OUT OF SOME KZN FLOOD VICTIMS. As an owner of a unit in a Section Title Complex, Santam refusing to pay for damage and rehabilitation to common property. Their pathetic argument is that there is no structures on the land, so there is no loss. Common property does not have to have any improvements on it to be covered by their policy for collective schemes. Subsidence and flood damage, and the subsequent remediation should be covered... but their interpretation would always suit Santam- because that's how low they are... I have decided to never use such a pathetic insurer or any of their subsidiaries- it is time we Name & Shame insurers like Santam and expose them for what they are. This is my personal opinion of this insurer...
awesome service from Gerald & Geewiz team. I order regularly from them, and the sales and after-sales support is awesome. Communicate clearly about stock availability. Helpful if you change your mind
ORDER NO dh 19270. Worst customer experience ever. Bought a 5Kva inverter from Dealhub. I was advised that the maximum delivery time would be by around 10 October 2022. The product was required for a clients' project. Installation date for the product was to be 14 October 2022. Dealhub website said order fulfilled- but it was never delivered. I enquired on 17/10/2022, and was told telephonically about weather delays etc. then when I said I was going cancel due to false advertising, and no communication I was told that I must wait until 27/10/2022. I then refused and wanted to cancel, and I told that someone would call me, the next day. Nobody has called me and Dealhub is just ignoring my emails. Product has still not been delivered
Beware of the Company called Custom Capital, who purports to provide financial services and credit agreements, etc. They refuse to provide proof that they are a registered financial services provider, or even respond to issues regarding contracts, and term renegotiations. Be Careful if any company suggests you get finance via them, run a mile . Poor communicators, and the people I have dealt with seem very shady. No FSP number on their invoices etc.
PAY FOR SERVICES NEVER RECEIVED. We have tried to engage with the sales people, who sold us products, and even promised great services. We pay thousands of rands, for services we are not getting. They promised us all sorts of assistance, but when we all upon them to review the services, they keep on postponing the meetings. Please stay away. Shocking company
I booked a car for Tuesday 19 /07 for 12 midday. The car was ready and waiting. I had a problem with my new credit card, and the team @ Woodford King shaka were very understanding & patient, and very helpful. I extended the vehicle telephonically, and the process was very smooth, with a gentlemen by the name of Hilton. Very pleasant experience
