We have been using Courier Guy for the past 5 years and since 1 November their rates increased with 60%.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by SSK Agriland Knysna. Two weeks ago, we placed a bulk order with them and specifically requested that the delivery be made before or on the day our project was scheduled to start. However, we are still waiting for the delivery to be made. What makes matters worse is that SSK even had the audacity to charge us a delivery fee, despite the fact that other suppliers in the market not only delivered their orders on time but also provided free delivery.
What a frustrating experience! Our team has been diligently working with Business Partners since January 2024, providing them with all the necessary financials, comprehensive business plans, and required documentation. In April, we were thrilled to receive a letter of intent, indicating that we were preapproved. We continued through the process, reviewing the property purchase price and even receiving a new letter of intent in June. All signs pointed towards a successful partnership. As we neared the final steps of the property purchase, we took the initiative to cover the cost of the property sworn valuation report, as there were delays in their arrangements. Unfortunately, after a month, we were blindsided by the news that they were unable to assist us with funding. It's incredibly disheartening that this information wasn't communicated to us seven months ago, before we embarked on this lengthy process. We had already achieved a turnover of over R7 million from January to July, and we were more than willing to meet their expectations. This entire ordeal has not only wasted our time but also impacted the property owner. We are deeply disappointed by the unprofessional service we've received from Business Partners. Given our negative experience, we cannot recommend them to anyone else.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ON THE THE DSTV WEBSITE https://getdstv.dstv.co.za/ AND 2 WEEKS I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND AFTER 2 DAYS THEY REPORTED ITS A ****!! WHAT THE HELL? SO DSTV IS A ****??? THEY ARE *****ING MONEY AND WASTING OUR TIME. WORST COMPANY IN SA - ****MERS!!!
I am a platinum account holder and wanted to apply for a loan for my business on the 28th July 2022 so i contacted my business manager. So she said that i have a old loan amount on my personal profile which was handed offer to collections, and to remove that i needed to provide a paid up letter. The account was closed in 2016. i received a letter on 8 August 2022 stating "We refer to your account held with First National Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited and advise that the Bank has decided not to pursue the repayment of the following Credit Card Account and therefore the relevant outstanding balance has been removed. FNB Credit Card Account 8855 22** ** 8502 was closed with effect from 2016-06-01. Should you have any queries in this regard, please contact us at 086 011 2011" And then my business manager tried to help and sent Credit Card Legal Recovery's a email to stat what i must do to get the loan amount settled or get it off my name, they replied by saying : " A letter was provided to you on 11/08/2022" My Manager replied : "Kindly assist customer of what is the process to repay the written off amount in order to re-instate his risk profile/risk indicator." After that nothing happed!!! So i complained on FNB's website on the 17/10/22 complaint reference 2839875 nobody contacted me, so i lodged another complaint on the 20/10/2022 reference 2842787 an no one has contacted me. The date is 26/10/2022 and no one at FNB has made contact with me! PATHETIC !!!!!!!!! PATHETIC!!!! but i will be changing banks soon FNB!!
Most pathetic service i have experienced in my 37 years alive!!!! I have had a tekom line for 2 years and paid every single month, i have a applied for a mobile contract after 3 weeks no one can tell me whats going on, Telkom is a bunch of state money grabbers!!!! 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!! Everybody is working from home thats why we are where we are today!!! AI3826385
I ordered my business platinum card last month (May 2021) , today it is the 25th of June. And yet i have received nothing, not even a phone call!! I pay almost R2000 per month on fee's at FNB and this is the service i have to get.
