Do Not trust this person/company Architect Wayne Michael design/Architect/Wayne Michael Du Plessis. Since we've paid the deposit/fees He left us with 0 communications for 3 months.
Making promises that Ian don't keep. Very unreliable. Please don't pay money upfront.
Their service sucks...It doesn't matter what time of the day you go there. The queue always long, not enough tellers to help...what a wasting of time to stand in a queue!!!
I love my online shopping, Superbalist is one of them. Their delivery, Return or exchange is perfectly on time. Their notifications always spot on.

<p>Be aware from superbalist online store, you receive damaged items and you sit with the problem with no management from their site , you only deal with call centre like robots.....calling & explaining your issue every single day for 10days with zero progress. So frastrated with their service. </p> <p>They sent me damaged item, they said they did a refund but I haven't receive the money. </p> <p>Absolutely won't go their or recommend Superbalist. </p>
<p>I ordered 2items of clothing from superbalist, but received one due to mistake in their inventory/stock etc...but they invoiced me for both, plus delivery fees. </p> <p>I've asked for a refund, sent them my banking details ....it's been almost 2weeks since, money not in my bank account yet. They sent me a proof of refund with no banking details on it. </p> <p> </p>
On the 7th of April, I've called DHL to collect urgent documents from the embassy.<br> On the same day, Did an EFT payment to DHL that they can proceed. After almost a week, with no feedback from DHL, expecting delivery any minute. I Called them, I was surprised that they haven't receive my payment!!! <br> They created a huge trouble for me, for delaying delivering the requested documents. <br> Why they didn't follow up, or asked me to send the proof of payment again knowing that's urgent courier supposed to receive it within a week. Why they haven't call or email and tell me something. <br> <br> on Friday the 15th, I've been promised that the manager will call me back,but nothing yet. <br> Today the 19th of April, still no communications, no feedback or tracking number of my courier. <br> No thanks we have received your payment, and your courier on it's way, nothing!!! <br> <br> It's frustrating to pay an amount of money for very poor pathetic service. It's the last time will be using DHL<br>
