I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and conduct of Reddy’s Auto in Krugersdorp. On 30/10/2024, I purchased a vehicle from Reddy’s Auto, which was delivered on 31/10/2024. I drove the vehicle for about 20 minutes on the day of delivery, and it broke down. Since 04/11/2024, the vehicle has been back in their possession, yet no satisfactory progress has been made. After exercising significant patience and following up repeatedly, I decided to terminate the transaction due to the recurring delays, lack of communication, and unresolved issues with the vehicle. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. The last communication I received was on 25/11/2024, when I was informed that their lawyer would get in touch with me after I requested a full refund of all monies spent. However, no contact has been made, leaving me frustrated and without any clarity. Additionally, on 14/11/2024, I was informed that R14,000.00 had already been spent on repairs. However, no detailed explanation was provided regarding the nature of the issues or why these repairs were necessary. This lack of transparency, combined with the poor quality of the vehicle and service, raises serious concerns about the vehicle's compliance with acceptable standards as outlined in the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), even though the vehicle was sold as voetstoots. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional handling of this matter and urge Reddy’s Auto to take immediate responsibility by refunding all amounts spent. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the dealership to improve its service and accountability.
Losing money is not enjoyable for anyone. My mechanic took my Chevrolet Spark starter for reconditioning, costing R1900.00. However, the reconditioned starter only barely worked for two days before failing. The company refuses to refund me and offers numerous excuses. The faulty starter is back with them "armature is burnt", and they can't provide a timeline for the repair. Meanwhile, I had to buy an aftermarket starter so that i can drive a car that functions properly and it works perfectly. What frustrates me the most is that they try to blame their poor workmanship on the clients.

Upon completion of the repairs, Chris took the time to walk me through the work that had been done. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service were truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Car Service City Strijdompark, thanks to Chris, was nothing short of outstanding. His professionalism, transparency, and exceptional customer service skills have earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend Chris and the team at Car Service City Strijdompark to anyone in need of automotive services and repairs — they truly set the standard for excellence in customer care.
The staff and manager at the Krugersdorp Branch, are not perfect but they make you feel at home. It's so easy writing a bad review about an establishment but people seldomly write good reviews shocking is it not. I would like to thank Bears Krugersdorp management and staff for always making it a pleasant experience and for going the extra mile for your clients. My ongoing experience with Rain has been persistently frustrating, marked by recurring payment issues and unsatisfactory customer service. Despite my continued loyalty, I've grown accustomed to encountering hurdles like inadequate communication, inattentive staff and just overall terrible service. My payment date is supposed to be set to the 1st of every month to accommodate my salary schedule, but after endless back and forth and confirmations that are never implemented, I have accepted defeat. Tonight, I got home from work to find out my internet has been switched off due to an unpaid bill, which is strange because I just paid my last bill (April bill) on the 27th of April 2024. However, today's interaction brought a pleasant surprise. Despite enduring a lengthy 20 minute wait on hold, I was fortunate to connect with Pradeep Madhukar pawar, whose exceptional assistance stood out. His prompt resolution to the immediate problem at hand, has sparked a glimmer of hope for better customer service from Rain. Pradeep's professionalism and effectiveness are certainly deserving of recognition.
Beware!!! Terrible experience, canceled within the 14 day cancelation period.they still debited the course fees and informed me I must wait 30 days and if the funds are not back in my account I need to reach out to them again on top of that they are quite arrogant to deal with and I have experienced them using delay tactics even though they deny it. I am disgusted that they ommited to inform me I will still be deducted with the fist correspondence and they blame me for not taking their call as they would have explained this... and the can't do attitude is just the cherry on the cake. This has been ongoing since the 23rd of February 2024 and nothing to date. When you call it sometimes takes them 45 minutes just to answer the call just to give you little to no actual feedback and to tell you that they will chase your refund. Horrible experience!!!
