If been phoning went to koisk. If never used normal internet banking not the application. I need a password. And they can't help me. If they don't have bank where you can go into and the call centre and kiosk can't help. Who can I contact
If contact them by phone 2 times to retrieve my so called reward of R150 monthly. I mailed them 1 a week from January haven't had any response. I think the rewards are just a nonsense thing to pull in poor poeple . Shame on you

I bought a Sansui from day 1 it's wast hoot after 7 months can't connect to WiFi and it is definitely not LED took it in they said motherboard went to fetch it the colour of everything looks worse
Bought a Sansui last black Friday. It's my 8 year old TV from 7 month everything I had load an put het Netflix on. Even her you tube then in October we try everything can't to wife. Took we waited 3 weeks and then they say it's the mother board . We ask them to switch TV on an go on WiFi. You can see it not led and they could get a remote it was in a volt.
They know making my credit score look bad cause they didn't allocate my payments correctly. I never ever received a statement or sms . And then every secondly someone else calls and then they from a store and don't know something. What don't they work on systems never a reference number
I was contacted regarding my claim pay out, I sent so many emails to all departments like twice a day. I even phoned today. Still no one contacted me. I also had to give them new banking details as they can't pay in my old account. No response
If been trying to get hold discovery . They made an arrangement that they will only deduct R919 but last month they deducted over R2000 I have letter that if been sending them and they confirmed they will only deduct R919. So last month and this month once again they deduct over R2000 dont send me a letter and tel me you only deducting a certain amount and not do it. And I'm trying to sort out but client service never call . You they really suck and they lie .
