I was placed by manpower for 3 months contract. When the contract ended I have 3 days leave, that I didn't take When I ask for payment they refuse to pay and on the contract they did mentioned that they don't pay leave. I'm so disappointed, fly by night recruitment agency.
Hi iam not happy with the attidute of noord street boxer staff. I went to buy and i wanted the prepaid water and electricity. The cashier told me that they don't sell prepaid ( water & electricity) using a card, i must go and withdraw money first, then asked her since when because i have been buying from boxer then with bad attitude, she said she will not sell it to me next time, i can also ask her manager. She called another rude lady, who just told me that she does not have time. I must speak then ask her about this, she said, this is an old law, they are not allowed to sell to us. She left me while i was busy talking to her. It does not make any sense, if i go for shopping i expect to be treated with dignity not to be shouted by your rude staff who does not have manners. Even if you ask for cash back it is a problem. There are so many retail shops that we can choose to shop at
I had excellent service since i joined the family, i never have any problem with my tv set. Their turnaround time is very quick. To the team keep up the good work 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Their service is very bad, each everytime when it is rainy or windy, all channels disappears and they will give some option to follow to retrieve your channels, that is not working. How many times per month i have to pay these installers. Warm regards Nonhlanhla 062 866 4583
Why is it so hard to get your money?. I did submit a claim on Friday; i do understand that it was a weeweekend but today is Wednesday, i only receiving these stupid sms's, saying that the consultant will contact me with regards outstanding documents. Iam tired of this openview; i have technical issues always, even if it is not raining there is no signal. I sent a whatsup message this morning telling them that it is playing only channel 100. They fix it but guest what? Only play for 4 hours then back to playing channel 100. This is the second week without openview. This is not fare; If they are failing to fix, rather close this useless thing.

If it's not: "please send proof of banking; or wrong forms or we will contact you".
