Oh how I wish for Chiffon Cake!!
What a pity that the Chiffon cake is always sold out. For goodness sake, if it's such a popular item, then why not make more of it. I won't spend another trip there. Also, it was 39° yesterday and it was impossible to stay under the awning- no fan, nothing. We had to leave after about 35 mins. But chicken slice was very tasty

Give Pick n Pay a Second Chance
Give Pick n Psy another chance. Their prices are slowly decreasing on some items and staff are definitely more polite and helpful, especially staff that work on the tills. Management at PnP Constantia go out of their way to get you what you want and accommodate your needs. Keep on with the improvements PnP. Well done so far

Hat's off to the Pick n Pay leadership
Hat's off to the leadership team at PnP. There are better prices, the ability to buy frozen veg in smaller quantities for the smaller families. The tellers are friendlier and thank goodness there is no more chewing of gum with an open mouth. Keep up the good work of improving the business. Well done. Best regards

The good and the bad
Good and the bad The very good news is that when you phone the cc division or home loan dept, or any of the depts, you get an automated message that tells uou what uour position is in the queue. There is an option whereby SB will phone uou back when uou get to the front of the queue. The bad Automated replies are an absolute nono. I do not feel like a respected customer when all the messages are the same. There is no thought put into the message. Not nice. It's totally insincere

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Dischem Kendal Road
It's impossible to get through to ANYONE at this branch. Even the Dispensary took 3 days to return 2 calls for chronic meds. Will definitely find another outlet. This branch is just not up to handling the traffic.

Outstanding on-line Consultant Zama Mdlalose
Outstanding help from Zama Mdlalose who went out of her way to help me with my query. She was patient and very kind and phoned me back 3 times when we were cut off from our call Went out of her way to find the best solution for me. Zama also knew what she was talking about - you just knew that she knew her stuff!! Well done Zama and many thanks for your help

Phones are not Answered
Between 11h00 and 12h40 today, not one of these stores answered their phones even after phoning continually and letting the phones ring for up to 3 minutes at a time: Constantia Meadowridge Asters Prosperity Blue Route I eventually gave up and I'll go somewhere else tomorrow
