Riverside Shoprite shopping experience is bad… 5 tills working and employees standing on the side just having a chat while customers wait in long queues to pay…but when top management comes they put a good image to impress. I wish top management can just pop in without saying a word and see what we as customers experience

For such a reputable company I am so disappointed with the buy and get voucher of Samsung products, I bought a washing machine in November and which came with the voucher for R3000 even today I haven't received it and every time I call they tell me they will call me back and they have escalated the issue, now we are in February and nothing has been done. I am loosing my trust with anything that has to do with Samsung.
Keep sending me pillar to post with the buy and get voucher and when I call they tell me they can't find my details and they keep saying they are escalating the issue and call me back but nothing happens, very bad experience for me I would advise people to walk a separate way from them.

I reported a fraudulent act that was done with my ID after noticing that my bank account was debited by homechoice without having opened an account with them. I communicated with them and they sent me a paid up letter and I also did an affidavit and they advised that it would be cleared on my itc profile, recently I noticed my credit score going down as I enquired boom 8 months later still homechoice saying that I owe them. Now I can't do anything that requires bank applications because of that.
