MTN staff is very lazy and ***********. I called them regarding my account number BA115771365 that needs to be settled and they referred me to VeriCred because the account is no longer with them. I called, WhatsApp and emailed VeriCred but the response was the same. “We do not have that account on our side”. I called MTN again and each and every time I call i will get a different agent and ask me the same thing over and over again after that ill be on hold for 30 min to and Hour. When tell them that VeriCred doesn’t know anything about the account they transfer you to legal department. When you finally get hold of an agent he is also clueless, he’ll transfer you back to collection department. We played that game the whole day without me getting the help I need. They keep telling me that the account is with VeriCred since last year but not even a single day I have ever get any contact with them. My credit profile is ruined because of this. Why can’t i pay mtn directly because these third parties their using are useless. You need to fix this. These guys don't answer their phones. I have been calling MTN trying to make arrangements about payments but they told me the account was handed over to these guys of which not even once i ever received any call from them. The account now has turned my credit profile from bad to worse and when you try to call them they don't bother answering their phones. this is frustrating and very unprofessional
Hi I recently found out that you have declared an account under my name as adverse on the credit bureaus websites. How is that even possible because I had a data sim card with you. No contracts were signed but I was paying for the service, If I didn't pay , you didn't send anything. How come now I'm owing you yet the account is no longer exists on your side because it was a transactional agreement. I pay , you give me data.. I don't pay you give me nothing. Hi What's the point of paying my debts if you not gonna update my profile. ? What is going on between you and TSL legal cz it looks like someone is sleeping on duty between the two of you. I have sent you my proof of payment and a paid up letter but nothing has been done. This is infuriating cz I have settled this account long time ago but your legal team seem to be useless. Do your job and stop being lazy.
