Rental agreement. 103871924
I rented a car from the 29/04/2026 till 5/5/26. Today is 26th they haven’t released my deposit, called them several times and they said i should wait for 3 working days all the time.

Bad experience for 2nd time in a space of 6 months
I payed 2900 initially when i booked,when I collected the car they hold deposit of 3200, on the 14/12/2024 I extended rental and payed 2400. They they telling mr i owe them 5600 according to invoice…so where did my payment go?? They have bad service and eating peoples money…its second time in 1 year having this bad experience

I have a credit card that was currently active,has been stopped and handed over to legal department while its not even on arreas. Nobody could give me and answer

Bad rental service
Rented a car and money processed on my card. R6009 then another R980 when I extended rental. Now they keep on sender massages to say i need to pay R8550 but they didn’t reverse the money on their side since they say they couldn’t eccess it. They’re not even communicating with my bank.
